View Payslips:
View a sample paycheck with explanations of each category. Employees with access to the City network can view payslips online through the following steps:
** Go to the DOT homepage and sign in
** On the “My Page” tab, select “My Payroll” in the Self Service Center

Accessing your paycheck through DOT:
1. Open Internet Explorer and type http://dot in the address bar. This will take you DOT: Denver One Team homepage.
2. Type your network User ID and Password in the appropriate blocks and Press “Log In”.
3. If this warning screen pops up and:
a. If you use Internet Explorer version 7 or earlier, click “Yes”.
b. If you use Internet Explorer version 8 or higher, click “No”.
4. Select the “My Payroll” link under your Self Service Center to view your pay stubs.
5. From here, you may click the Check Date links in blue. This is the date that the paycheck was issued.
6. The paycheck stub will pop up in a new window. To review other paychecks, go back to the Internet Explorer window where you are logged on to DOT.
7. When you are finished, be sure to log out before closing your browser window
Note:
If the paycheck that you would like to view is not available on the list, you may click View 100 to view the past 100 paychecks, or use the arrows to view other paycheck stubs.
Paychecks are visible as soon as they are confirmed (usually Tuesday evening before pay day), but the funds will not be deposited to your Direct Deposit account(s) until pay day. Also, ePay is only accessible if you are logged into the city network. Unless you are set up for a VPN account, you will not be able to access ePay or any other Self Service functions from home.
If you do not have access to the City network, your pay slip or pay check will be mailed to your current mailing address.
Did You Know… :
Paychecks are visible as soon as they are confirmed (usually Tuesday evening before pay day), but the funds will not be deposited to your direct deposit account(s) until pay day.
ePay is only accessible if you are logged in to the city network or via VPN. If you do not have access to the city network, you will be mailed a hard copy pay stub; therefore, it is important to keep your home mailing address up-to-date.
eProfile:
One of the initiatives that the Controller’s Office, Payroll Division aspires to empower employees to have ownership and accessibility to their personal information. With this in mind, eProfile was created.
Through eProfile, employees with access to DOT (Denver One Team) can view and update their own personal information.
To view or update any of your information:
1. Log on to DOT
2. Choose the My Page tab to the top left of your screen
3. Choose the category that you would like to view or update

Update My Profile without access to DOT:
For employees who do not have network access to the City, it is still possible to update your information via email.
** Complete Change of Address, Phone & Emergency Contact Form Microsoft Office Excel 2003
** Save the document
** Attach your saved Change Form in an email to PayrollDivision@denvergov.org.
The Controller’s Office, Payroll Division will notify you of completion.
