Instructions for the Online Search of the Results of Name Examination:
1. Order date is the date the application was filed with the Department. This is written on your voucher.

2. In case you applied on-line choose the appropriate box and fill in the number of your application as it appears on the application you have printed from your computer.
3. If the application was filed with the Department fill in the number of your voucher.
4. The number of the applicant also appears on the voucher that was issued by the Department. In the case of on-line applications the applicant’s number is the same as the code of applicant.
5. The service number is the number that is written next to the specific service that isrequired by the application. (In the case where the application was filed with theDepartment and not on-line).

Any interested person may apply to the Registrar of Companies for certified copies including the following information provided that he has paid the prescribed fees: Directors, Shareholders, Certificate of Incorporation, Registered Office, Goodstanding, Capital Memorandum & Articles of Association. The payment may be made by cash or by cheque in the name of the Registrar of Companies. The applicants abroad may apply for certified copies to the Registrar of Companies to the email address deptcomp@drcor.mcit.gov.cy or eterion@drcor.mcit.gov.cy . The payable amount may be reemitted to the Central Bank of Cyprus (SWIFT CODE: CBCYCY2NFBU) through Target 2 for the credit of Government General Account no. CY16001000010000000006001010 in favor of Registrar of Companies & Official Receiver. The payment may be also effected through the Cyprus Embassy in the applicant’s country to account (N.14.01.04.1.00.206).Top of the Page
6. What is the procedure of Registration of a company in Cyprus?:
An application has to be made to the Registrar of Companies for the approval of the name. For this service, the payable fees with normal proceedure, is £5, €8.54 and with urgent proceedure is £15, €25.63. 13. When is an annual return considered as duly submitted?:
The annual general meeting of a company is convened within eighteen months of the date of its registration. Forty two days later the company should file its first annual return with the Registrar of Companies. Once a year the annual return, must be submitted.
