Employment Contract Modification :
Service Description:
It is a service provided by the Ministry to any establishment wishing to modify the employment contract’s data using the applicable form whose fees shall be paid

Required Documents:
** Three copies of the new employment contract signed by the first and second parties and stamped with the establishment’s seal
** A copy of the old employment contract
Terms And Conditions:
** In case of decreasing salary or the availability of any specific terms in the contract, an approval from the labour relation section should be obtained
** In case of changing the profession, the new profession shall be commensurate with the establishment’s activity
** The establishment should have an electronic signature card
Service Procedures:
** Applications shall be printed and submitted at service centers “”Tas’heel””, or through establishments participating in the Ministry’s e-forms program to be transferred electronically to the Ministry’s database for verification and making sure that all required conditions and documents are satisfied.
The application is check and verified for all requirements
To follow-up on the application status, the applicant can use the Enquiry Services by visiting the Ministry’s portal .mol.gov.ae
The electronic employment contract and permit can be printed by registering in E-Netwasal Services http://eservices.mol.gov.ae/ or through service centers “Tas’heel”

** A valid copy of the trade license
** A color photograph
** Printing a new contract
** A copy of the old contract
** Academic certificate in case the modification is a profession that requires it
** Letter of approval from the competent authorities in case the modification is a profession that requires it
