** Testing the vehicle that passed 3 years of its first registration
** Insurance 13 months from registration date (electronic)
** Copy of valid passport
** Copy of ID
** Copy of valid driving license
** Copy of trading license and certificate from the chamber of commerce and industry for companies (valid)

Steps and Procedures of Applying for Service:
** Proving the employee with the required documents and getting the electronic q-number.
** The employee enters the information into the E-System, collects the fees, and provides the customer with the vehicles ownership.

Service Limitation:
The person concerned should pay all the traffic fines on the vehicle and traffic code.

Change of a Heavy Vehicle’s Driving License Information :
Service Description :
** A service rendered by Vehicles and Drivers› Licensing Dept through which information of heavy vehicle›s driving license can be changed

** A request to change information
** Original driving license
** A valid passport photocopy.
** A valid ID photocopy.

Steps and Procedures :
** Receptionist receives required documents from applicant and hands him a service ticket to be served.
** Entering information in the traffic system and then service officer collects fees from applicant.
** Delivering the applicant his new driving licensewith the requested change.

Service Limitation : Applicant should settle all traffic fines registered in his record.
