Proving the employee with the required documents and getting the electronic q-number.
The employee enters the information into the Traffic Program and collects the fees.
Proving the customer with the new license.

Issuance of damage replacement plates permit :
Service Description :
** This service issues a permit for new vehicle plates instead of the damaged plates.

Steps & Procedures

** Proving the employee with the required documents and getting the electronic q-number.
** The employee enters the information into the E-System, collects the fees, and provides the customer with provision order for new plates.
** Receive the vehicle’s plates

Service Limitation :
** The person concerned should pay all the traffic fines on the vehicle and traffic code.
** The vehicle ownership should be valid.

** 1 plate for 70 AED,
** 2 plates for 120 AED
