General Request Online :

This online service allows you to request a meeting, an awareness presentation or a training session inside or outside the Fund to clarify issues related to pension law. In addition you can through this page schedule a visit from Tawasul Team.

Tawasul program is dedicated to customers who are unable to attend to the Fund premises in person, as it enables them to request the Fund’s employees’ visit to their whereabouts in (special cases).

** Receive a message stating the request’s reference number
** The Fund’s employee will contact the applicant

Conditions:
A response to the request shall be provided during official working hours from 07:30 A.M. to 03:00 P.M. from Sunday to Thursday.

FAQ :
Are Pensions deductible? What are the limits of the deduction?
Pensions may be subject to deduction in order to settle the following debts only :
** The debt of a lawful alimony adjudged by courts.
** Debt payable to the Fund.
** Debt payable to the Employer/Entity.
** Total deduction shall not exceed 25% of the pension, and priority of deduction shall be in accordance with the above lis

Are the additional charges imposed on the employer ?
Additional charges are imposed on the employer in the following cases :
** If the entity does not register the eligible employees at the Fund within 10 days from their joining date.

** If the entity fails to upload the monthly contribution sheet within the first 7 working days of the following month in which the contributions are due.
** If the entity fails to pay contributions within the first 20 days of the following month in which the contributions are due.

** If the entity fails to submit employee’s End of Service request within 10 days of the employees termination.
** If the entity provided wrong information/Update.

At What time of the month are the Pensions and benefits cashed ?
Pensions and benefits are cashed between the 26th and 27th of every month, except for the months of Ramadan, and Islamic holidays since there are directive orders to cash the salaries two or three days ahead.
