Pensions Generate a Deposit Slip
This page allows you to generate a [Cheque/Cash] Deposit Slip

Guidelines
Please follow the steps below:
1. User has to enter the entity code if the user is a public user(without login) which will be validated. For entity user, this field will be pre-populated.
2. User should select the type of payment for deposit slip (Cheque/Cash) and accordingly the interface is changed.
3. User has to select type of invoice and accordingly the Account number where the deposit to be made will be displayed.
4. Fill the form details
5. After successful submission of the request, for the purpose of tracking and further reference, a Tracking Number and Deposit reference number will be generated
6. User should print the deposit slip and send to bank to deposit money.
Notes:
** For Cash deposit type, user can enter the denominations or can enter the total cash amount that will be deposited.
** For Entity user’s there will be “select invoices” button which will display all the open invoices and user can select the invoices to be paid in the deposit slip.

Pensions may be subject to deduction in order to settle the following debts only :
** The debt of a lawful alimony adjudged by courts.
** Debt payable to the Fund.
** Debt payable to the Employer/Entity.
** Total deduction shall not exceed 25% of the pension, and priority of deduction shall be in accordance with the above list.
Additional charges are imposed on the employer in the following cases :
** If the entity does not register the eligible employees at the Fund within 10 days from their joining date.
** If the entity fails to upload the monthly contribution sheet within the first 7 working days of the following month in which the contributions are due.
** If the entity fails to pay contributions within the first 20 days of the following month in which the contributions are due.
** If the entity fails to submit employee’s End of Service request within 10 days of the employees termination.
** If the entity provided wrong information/Update.
Note :
** Please note that the Fund shall only pay an end of service benefit for the pensionable salary. In private sector, the minimum pensionable salary is AED 3000 and the maximum is AED 60,000.
** Therefore, the Fund cannot interfere in internal affairs between entities and insured members regarding the salary difference and end of service benefit payments.
** Hence, this matter can be discussed and decided internally by the departments concerned in the entity, as the Fund is not part of this internal issue.
