2. Click on “Public Services” tab
3. Click on “Calculate Pension Salary” link
4. Follow the Guidelines below.

General Request :
This online service allows you to request a meeting, an awareness presentation or a training session inside or outside the Fund to clarify issues related to pension law. In addition you can through this page schedule a visit from Tawasul Team.

Tawasul program is dedicated to customers who are unable to attend to the Fund premises in person, as it enables them to request the Fund’s employees’ visit to their whereabouts in (special cases).

Service Name: Pensioner Payment Encashment Request
Service Description :
** This service allows an entity to request pension encashment for a member when it ends the member’s service.

Required Forms :
** National ID Copy + Family Book Copy.
** Document of Declaration and Undertaking (rights and duties).
** Special Cases

Female Early Retirement :
** Family Book Copy showing that she has children
** Requesting Allocation of Pension.

** Requesting addition of part-year to full-year (Completing the (15th) year, starting from the (14th) year and one month, and day.)
** Medical Unfitness: Copy of medical committee decision.

** Retirement because of an Ameri decree: Copy of Ameri Decree/ Decision of executive council
** Retirement based on disciplinary action: Copy of Disciplinary Action.

Who Is The Pensioner?
‘Pensioner’ means every Employed Person (Insured) whose service with the employer has terminated and thus he/she shall be retired and entitled to receive a retirement pension from the Fund, provided that the appropriate eligibility conditions have been met.

Start and End of Retirement Pension Payment :
Payment of the retirement pension shall be effective from the day following the termination of the Pensioner’s service, and shall end on his/her death, whereupon the retirement pension will devolve to his/her entitled surviving beneficiaries.
