To act as an intermediary to facilitate the Federal Government Pensioners (ie the former federal civil service) and dependents who are eligible to obtain medicines and medical devices that can not be supplied by the hospital / clinic while the government was prescribed by a hospital / clinic.

Through this system, pensioners may obtain their medicine or medical device from registered Community Pharmacy and Medical Device Vendor throughout Malaysia subjected to terms & conditions.

** Ahli Parlimen
** Anggota Pentadbiran
** Setiausaha Politik Persekutuan
** Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi, Rayuan dan Persekutuan

What are the documents required for Medical application? :
Documents required for Medical application are:
** Borang Perubatan 1/09
** Valid Prescription The documents must be issued and verified by Government doctors from Government Hospital/Clinics.

How can I submit my application to Oratis Services?:
There are few methods to submit application to Oratis Services:
** Upload to e-MASS Portal Pesara

** To our Service Counter which operates every day from 7am to 9pm
** Visit any one of e-MASS registered Community Pharmacy all over Malaysia

What are the types of medicine that can be supplied through e-MASS? :
All drugs listed in KKM Formulary and University Hospital Formulary may be supplied through e-MASS if it is not available at Government Hospital / Clinic. However Food Supplement, Alternative Medicines and Cosmetics are not covered. Please visit www.oratis.com.my for more information.

Pension Card :
** Malaysian Government Pension Card is issued under Section 23, 1980 Pension Regulations for Public Sector Pensioner/Pension Recipient or Section 20, Pension Regulations for Statutory and Local Authorities for Statutory and Local Authorities Pensioner/Pension Recipient.

** Pension Card is a means of Pensioner’s identification to enable him to obtain medical benefits at a Government Hospital. Pension Card facilities may be utilised by the pensioner/pension recipient, and pensioner’s wife/husband and children under 18 years or 21 years if still pursuing first degree studies (for spastic child no age limit).

** Wrongful usage of pension card can be prosecuted by law under Section 24 1980 Pension Regulations for Public Sector Pensioner/Pension Recipient or Section 21, Pension Regulations for Statutory and Local Authorities, whichever the case may be.

** In case of any damage or mistakes in the pension card, please contact 03-88854786 or address to Pension Card Sub-Unit, Pension Division, Public Service Department. Request for replacement of lost or damaged pension card should be attached with a copy of Police Report.

** The Pension Card must be returned to the Pension Division, Public Service Department Malaysia when the pensioner/pension receipient looses his right to receive pension.
