MOFA Request a Return Document For Newborns

UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs through all diplomatic missions accredited to the country will arrange return documents in case of newborns abroad.

Required Documents When Attendance:
In the case of newborns:
** image of the child’s birth certificate (certified from Foreign Mission headquarters or UAE Embassy )
** If the wife is added in enrollment summary, A copy of marriage contract (certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mission headquarters or embassy) image nationality (Family book full)
** A copy of the passports of parents.
** A copy identity card of the father
** Fees AED 100 (according to the approved in each embassy separately) exchange rate.

Request A Return Document due to loss of passport for UAE Citizens:
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs through all UAE diplomatic missions abroad receive the requests for issuing the return document in the event of loss of passport.

Required Documents When Attendance:
In the event of loss of passport:
** A copy of the passport and image identity card
** Image for full recap constraint
** Minutes lost passport certified by the Embassy
** Fees fees AED 100 or the equivalent in foreign currency .

** Image nationality (restriction full recap)
** A copy of the passports of parents
** ratification AED 100 (according to the approved in each embassy separately) exchange rate
