Track Your Home Phone / Broadband Order:

Delivery Information for the Optus TV with Fetch package (excluding NBN orders):
Your Optus TV with Fetch delivery can be tracked via the StarTrack Website using your Optus TV with Fetch order number. Online tracking is visible 24 hours after your Optus TV with Fetch has been dispatched from Optus.

When will I receive my order?:
Mobile Phone, Tablet & Mobile Broadband deliveries:
Immediately after you submit your online purchase, we’ll begin processing your order. Provided your item is in stock, transit times are usually:

For metropolitan deliveries: For mobile orders made online before 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, delivery is next business day in metropolitan areas of capital cities. Otherwise 2 business days

For regional deliveries
: 3-5 business days

For SIM Cards ordered online using our 3 hour express delivery service within the Sydney Metro area:
** Within 3 hours if ordered between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday (excl Public Holidays

NBN & DSL self install kits & modem replacements:
** NBN self install kits are delivered 3-5 business days prior to your scheduled installation/activation date.
** DSL self install kits are delivered within 1 day of your scheduled installation/activation date
** If you’ve ordered a replacement modem/router, it should take no longer than 5 business days for it to arrive.

Optus TV with Fetch set top box / power adaptor deliveries:

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse we’ll send you an email or SMS to let you know it’s with the courier. This email/SMS will contain a unique tracking link for you to monitor the courier’s progress. You can also check the estimated transit days to your delivery address here.

FAQ :
When will I receive my delivery?
** Your Yes TV by Fetch set top box will be delivered within 5 to 10 days of your order date. You’ll receive a SMS letting you know that the set top box is on its way, along with an activation code.

** If you’ve ordered more than one set top box to be delivered, you’ll receive a SMS for each box. You can use any of these codes to activate all of your STB’s.
** If you’ve purchased a Fixed service on our resale network or a Mobile Phone service, you’ll receive your Yes TV by Fetch set top box within 10 business days of activating the service.

Can I track my delivery?
Track Delivery :
** Your Yes TV by Fetch delivery can be tracked via the StarTrack Website using your Yes TV by Fetch order number. Online tracking is visible 24 hours after your Yes TV by Fetch set top box has been dispatched from Optus.

Has it been dispatched / delivered?
** You’ll receive an email / SMS when it’s on its way from our warehouse to your nominated postal address.

** If you’re not home when delivery takes place our courier will either leave the package in a safe place at your nominated address, or leave a card for you to collect the package from your local Post Office.

Delivery fees :
** There’s no delivery fee for the Yes TV by Fetch set top box.
** If a Powerline Adaptor is ordered after the initial Yes TV by Fetch order, there’s a $15.50 delivery charge for the Powerline Adaptor.

** This fee is waived if your Yes TV by Fetch was ordered online.

Do I need to activate my new service?
Fixed Phone/Fixed Broadband Devices :
** Fixed Phone / Broadband services are activated remotely, in most cases all that’s required is for you to follow the instructions included with your modem / router or phone to setup and connect on your scheduled installation date.

Mobile Phone/Mobile Broadband Devices :
** If you’re using the same SIM card (one that’s already active) then you just need to pop it into your new device. If you were sent a new or replacement SIM card, follow the steps in these articles to find out what you need to do.
