IbAF Photography Contest 2015:
General rules:
** This competition is open to everyone.
** There is no limit to the number of entries submitted, but each participant is eligible to win only one prize.
** The theme of the competition is “What George Town Heritage Means To You“.
** The competition will be opened for submissions from 12 October – 9 November 2015, whereas the exhibition and public voting will be held during the InBetween Arts Festival from 30 November – 2 December 2015 at Vic’s @ China House (above The Canteen).
** All images must be submitted to info@georgetownfestival.com with subject title “IbAF Photo contest” by 9 November 2015. Fill up the application form and attach a scanned copy with your image.
** The Organiser will not be held responsible to any damages or loss to the prints during the exhibition.
** The Organiser reserves the right to alter these rules without prior notice.

Image and Submission Specifications:
** Images should reflect the theme of the competition.
** Images may not be manipulated electronically. Only slight adjustments of contrast, saturation and minor colour correction are allowed.
** Watermarks are not acceptable. Participants will be given 3 days to resend the photo if the entry submitted is watermarked.
** Participants will be responsible for printing their images for the exhibition once selected. Printed images must be submitted by 20 November 2015.
** Images can be printed in colour or monochrome.
** Print size for exhibition must be in 12R (Landscape or Portrait), matte.
** All final prints must be mounted on a 5mm hardboard without framing for exhibition display.

Judging:
** Fifteen (15) photos will be selected from the entries. These photos will then be judged by the public during the exhibition.
** The winner will be determined by the total number of votes by the public during the exhibition (30 November – 2 December 2015).
** When the voting period ends at 10pm, 2 December 2015, all votes will be calculated and the winners will be selected.
** All decisions made by The Organiser in relation to the selection of the winners are final.

Copyrights:
** Participants must own the sole copyright to the images submitted.
** The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners who do not comply with the terms and conditions.

Usage rights:
** The Organiser reserves the right to use all entries for publicity and marketing purposes.
** Copyright for all images submitted remain with the respective entrants.
