Terms and Conditions for the Family Fun in the Garden Photo Contest:
1. The promoter is Kybotech Limited (company no. 03749055) whose registered office is at Parry Business Park, Grassthorpe Road, Sutton-on-Trent, Newark, Notts, NG23 6QX.
2. Employees of Kybotech Limited or their family members within the third degree of consanguinity or anyone else connected in any way with the contest or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the contest.
3. Only those whose official GB postcode is any of the following (Mainland GB) are allowed to enter the contest. NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, YO, LA, BD, HG, HU, FY, PR, BB, HX, WF, L, WN, BL, OL, M, HD, WF, LS, CH, WA, HD, LL, SY, LD, CF, NP, BS, BA, SN, RG, GU, CW, SK, S, DN, LN, TF, WV, DY, WR, HR, GL, OX, SL, B, WS, ST, DE, LE, CV, NN, MK, LU, AL, HP, SL, RH, ME, SS, CM, CO, IP, NR, CB, SG, PE, WD, EN, IG, RM, HA, UB, TW, KT, CR, BR, DA, SM, E, N.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details on how to enter are via the Garden Buildings Direct and RedShed websites, the sites’ official blog and social media pages.
6. Closing date for entry will be October 20, 2015. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice or if there is any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The winner will be chosen based on the combined number of likes and shares garnered within the contest proper.
13. The winner will be announced a day after the voting period. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick the entry with the 2nd highest number of combined likes and shares.
14. The promoter endeavours to deliver the prize within 30 days after the announcement of the winner. But please take note that the delivery date may change depending on the postcode and other reasons beyond the promoter’s control such as flood, storm, heavy rain, fire, accident, war or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance, requisition, heavy traffic, or road paving.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: The Family Fun in the Garden Photo Contest, Kybotech Limited, Parry Business Park, Grassthorpe Road, Sutton-on-Trent, Newark, Notts, NG23 6QX.
