Vodacom Rugby SuperBru Competition 2015:
Vodacom (Pty) Ltd (“Vodacom”) is running the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru Competition (“the Competition”) on, www.superbru.com.

All participants during the term of the Competition agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
The Competition is open to subscribers of all mobile network operators in South Africa and starts at 08h00 on 03 September 2015 and will run over ten rounds until 23h59 on 01 November 2015 (“Competition period”) as per schedule below:

Entrants have to join the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru Pool on the SuperBru platform (www.superbru.com) to compete in this Competition. SuperBru is an online predict a score gaming platform which is independently managed by SportEngage.

The individual who tops the leaderboard of the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool in each round as per the schedule in the table above, wins one (1) Samsung Galaxy handset as stipulated below:
Rounds 1 – 3: Samsung Galaxy A3
Rounds 4 – 10: Samsung Galaxy A5

At the end of the Competition on 1 November 2015, the individual who tops the overall leaderboard of the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru Pool wins the grand prize which comprises of one (1) Samsung Galaxy A5 handset (no SIM card, data or voice included), as well as one (1) Springbok rugby hamper.

To enter:
** Sign up on www.superbru.com to join the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool and provide an email address. Data charges as per user’s service provider and existing price plan apply.
** Only individuals participating in the Vodacom Rugby pool during the Competition period as stipulated in clause 1 above will qualify as potential winners.
** Entrants are restricted to only one (1) entry per round as stipulated in clause 1 in these Terms & Conditions

** The winner of each round will be determined by holding the top or leading position on Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool as determined by the SuperBru automated system for each round. The winner will be the individual who tops or leads the leaderboard of the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool. If there is a tie for the top or leading position for any round, the person highest on the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool leaderboard will be declared the winner of that round. If there is still a tie, the winner will be determined by random draw.

** All the information provided or related to this Competition shall be captured and managed by a Vodacom approved third party service provider ( Openfield Marketing Johannesburg )for the purpose of running this Competition only.
** Winners may be awarded more than once for the duration of the Competition if the individual tops or leads the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru Pool for more than one (1) round.
** The winner of the grand prize will be the individual who tops or leads the Vodacom Rugby SuperBru pool the by the end of the Competition. If there is a tie for the overall winner, the winner will be determined by random draw.
** The verified winner of the prizes for each round as well as the grand prize will be notified within 1 week after the cut-off date and time as set out in clause 1 of these Terms and Conditions.

** Participants must reside in South Africa and be in possession of a valid South African identity document or permanent residence permit or temporary residence permit valid for a period exceeding 3 (three) months for the Republic of South Africa and valid at the end date.
** Participants and winners must be natural persons. Entries received from business accounts held by Corporates and SMEs are excluded from participating and winning in the Competition.
** There are no additional charges for participating in the Competition, but standard data costs as per user’s Service Provider and price plan apply for data usage.

** Data transfer speeds are not guaranteed and are dependent on network availability and utilisation.
** The Competition is also subject to, and must be read in conjunction with, Vodacom’s existing terms and conditions applicable to its website and mobile site
** Any participant under the age of 18 shall present their parent / guardian’s written consent to enter the Competition, at Vodacom’s request.

** Vodacom will share personal details of winners, such as name and contact number with a Vodacom approved agencies (Openfield Marketing Johannesburg) to notify winners that they have won and you hereby agree to such disclosure as is necessary to effect the prize fulfillment.
** Openfield Marketing Johannesburg will use reasonable efforts to contact the winners via email and/or telephonically on the contact details provided by the participants to participate in the Competition.
** The winners will be contacted during normal working hours, between 8 (eight) in the morning and 5 (five) in the afternoon.

** Openfield Marketing Johannesburg shall attempt to contact the winners for a period of 2 (two) normal working week days after their names have been drawn and verified as winners.
** Should a participant not be available on the contact number provided during the timeframe stipulated above or rejects, forfeits or declines acceptance of the prize, that person’s right to the prize will be deemed to have been waived and the prize will be forfeited. Vodacom reserves the right to then award the prize to the next randomly drawn participant.

** In the event that the user of the mobile phone (i.e. the participant in the Competition) is not the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges, then the prize will be awarded to the person that is responsible for payment of the participating mobile phone account/ charges.
** Only entrants who are using SIM cards that have been RICA registered are eligible to win the Competition. Each owner of a SIM card(s) is responsible to comply with South African law by RICA registering their SIM cards.

** Each winner must be able to identify themselves in a manner determined by Vodacom as the entrant of the Competition and have to comply with the required validation procedure (determined by Vodacom) in order to claim the prize.
** The claim for the prize will be subject to security and validation checks failing which the winner will forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to the next selected entrant.

** Vodacom reserves the right to withhold any prize until it is satisfied that the claim by the winner is valid.
** Vodacom shall request the winners’ consent in writing to their image and/or likeness being used and published by Vodacom in connection with the Competition for a period of 12 (twelve) months after they have been announced as winners. The winners may decline the use of their image and/or likeness by Vodacom.
