FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre Locations
** If you have been successfully allocated Tickets and payment in full has been received by the FIFA Ticketing Centre, Tickets can be collected from FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre’s (“FVTC’s”) during the operating dates and official opening hours (as indicated below).

If you have elected to have your tickets delivered and paid for the service you can expect to receive them via courier, they will not be available for collection at the FVTCs.
** As a reminder, please bring all required identification and documentation specified in the FAQs and Ticket confirmation letters when you collect your Tickets. If you have all of the required documents, your Ticket collection will be more efficient.

Ticket Delivery & Collection
Tickets which were allocated by FIFA during the Random Selection Draw and First Come First Served Sales Periods of Sales Phases (1) and (2) will be delivered by courier to the Ticket Applicant’s address starting from April-May 2018.
Please note that Tickets which are scheduled for delivery will NOT be available for collection from the Ticket Collection Locations.
The delivery of Tickets will not be possible for :
(i) Tickets purchased after 3 April, 2018;
(ii) Conditional Supporter Tickets and Team Specific Ticket Series for any of the Round of 16 Matches, Quarter Final Matches, Semi Final Matches and the Final Match; and
(iii) Tickets for which delivery may not be possible in time due to operational and/or Stadium-related reasons.
Functions of FIFA

** Administering the Laws of the Game: FIFA is responsible for administering the Laws of the Game, which are the rules that govern association football.
** Overseeing the development of football: FIFA oversees the development of football at all levels, from grassroots to elite. This includes providing financial assistance to member associations, developing training programs, and promoting the game around the world.
** Protecting the interests of football: FIFA protects the interests of football by ensuring that the game is played fairly and that the rules are applied consistently. FIFA also protects the rights of players, coaches, and officials.
