Hyundai FIFA World Cup Contest :

1. The “Hyundai World Cup” contest (“Contest”)is organised by Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).

Participants must be a Malaysian citizen

2. The Contest consist of two (2) separate and distinctcontests which are :-
** “Score with Hyundai” contest (“SWH Contest”);and
** “My Hyundai FIFA Jersey” contest (“MHFJ Contest”).

3. Contest Period :
The SWH Contest and the MHFJ Contest shall be referred to as “Contest”collectively.
The SWH Contest and the MHFJ Contest run concurrently throughout the duration of thirty two (32) days commencing from 12 :00 (GMT +8) on 12 June 2014 and expiring on 23:00 (GMT +8)on 13 July 2014 (“Contest Period”). However, the submission of the entries to participate in the SWH Contest and the MHFJ Contest and the determination of the winners for each aforesaid contest are different.

Participation to the Contest :
4. Any individual who fulfil the following shall be able to participate in the Contest (“Participant”) :-
4.2 is 18 years old and above and if the individual is below the age of 18 years as at 23 :59 (GMT +8) on 31 December 2013, the individual has to have obtained his/her parent’s approval/consent to participate in theContest.

5. To participate in the SWH Contest, the Participant must carry out and complete the following :-
5.1 click “LIKE” on Hyundai Malaysia Facebook Fan Page;and
5.2 log-in to the ‘Hyundai World Cup’ app with the Participant’s Facebook account for verification purposes; and
5.3 fillall required fields for the relevant Contest questions at the said time of submission under the Score with Hyundai app sub-tab; and
5.4 provide the Participant’s required personal detailsfor the SWH Contest when the Participant submits the SWH contest form and the Participant is to agree with Hyundai Malaysia’s terms of use and privacypolicy.

6. To participate in the MHFJ Contest, the Participant must carry out and complete the following :-
6.1 click “LIKE” on Hyundai Malaysia Facebook Fan Page;and
6.2 log-in to the ‘Hyundai World Cup’ app with the Participant’s Facebook account for verification purposes; and
6.3 fill all required fields for the relevant MHFJ Contest questions at the said time of submission under the My Hyundai FIFA Jersey Contest sub-tab and encouraged to share and use the customised jersey as profile photo; and
6.4 provide the Participant’s required personal details for the MHFJ Contest when the Participant submits the MHFJ contest form and the Participant is to agree with Hyundai Malaysia’s terms of use and privacy policy. To view Hyundai Malaysia’s terms of use and privacy policy.

Submission Duration for the SWH Contest :
7. Submission period for the SWH Contest is based according to each day whenever there is a 2014 FIFA World Cup match taking place (“Matchday”).

Examples are as follows :-
7.1 Matchday1 falls on 12 June 2014 and as such, the submission period will be between 00 :00 (GMT +8) and 23:00 (GMT+8).
7.2 Matchday2 falls on 13 June 2014 and as such, the submission period will be between 00 :00 (GMT +8) and 23:00 (GMT+8).
7.3 Matchday3 falls on 14 June 2014 and as such, the submission period will be between 00 :00 (GMT +8) and 23:00 (GMT+8).

8. Any day which has more one (1) or more matches taking place will be considered as one (1) Matchday.
9. Each Participant is entitled to submit only one (1) entry on any given Matchday in the manner as referred to in items no. 7 and no. 8 above.

Submission Duration for the MHFJ Contest :
10. Submission period for the MHFJ Contest is between 00 :00 (GMT +8), 12 June 2014 and 23:00 (GMT+8), 7 July 2014.
11. Each Participant is entitled to submit more than one (1) entry within the submission period. However, only the latest entry by each Participant will qualify.

Determination of the Winner of the SWHContest :
12. The completed entries for each Matchday of the SWH Contest will be based on the respective Matchday period, as referred to in items no.7 and no. 8.
13. Upon the closing of the Submission Period on each respective Matchday, the Participants’ entries with the most accurate or closest to the accurate answer will be determined as the winner.
14. Winner selection will be based on the accuracy of a Participant’s Contest submission with the outcome of a relevant Matchday.

15. A winner will be determined in the following sequential order :
15.1 Accurate answer of the first question (“Primary Question”)
15.2 Accurate answer of the second question (“Tie-Breaker Question”)
15.3 The answers are submitted the earliest according to timestamp

Determination of the Winner of the MFY Contest :
16. The completed entries for MFY Contest will be based on the outcome of Matchday 25 (13 July2014), upon official confirmation released by FIFA.

The winner will be determined in the following sequential order :
16.1 Accurate answer of the first question (“Primary Question”)
16.2 Accurate answer of the second question (“Tie-Breaker Question”)
16.3 The answers are submitted the earliest according to timestamp
17. Upon the official confirmation released by FIFA, theParticipant’s entry with the most accurate or closest to the accurate answerwill be determined as the winner.
18. The Prize winners of this Contest shall be announced on Hyundai Malaysia’s Facebook page and will be contacted directly by the Organiser either by email or a voice call. If the Organiser is unable and/or fails to contact any of the Final Prize winner(s) within three (3) contact attempts, another Participant will be chosen to be the winner of the said Final Prize.
19. The judges’ decision of the Prize winners are final,conclusive and binding, and no disputes, appeals, inquiries and/or correspondence in relation to any of the decisions shall be entertained.

Prizes for the Contest :
20. There is a total of sixty-four (64) winners for the SWH Contest. Participant(s) may win more than one (1) Prize. The Prizes to be won for the SWH Contest will be based on the allocated Matchdays as follows :

Matchday Duration [One (1) Prize for each one (1) match] :
Matchday 1 through to Matchday 15 (between 12 June 2014 to 26 June 2014) :
One (1) set comprising of :-
(a) one (1) Addidas 2014 Brazuca FIFA World Cup Ball; and
(b) one (1) Hyundai FIFA World Cup 2014 Cap

Matchday 16 through to Matchday 23 (between 28 June 2014 to 9 July 2014) :
One (1) set comprising of :-
(a) one (1) Addidas 2014 Brazuca FIFA World Cup Ball; and
(b) one (1) Hyundai FIFA World Cup 2014 Key Chain

Matchday 24 (12 July 2014) :
One (1) set comprising of :-
(a) one (1) Addidas 2014 Brazuca FIFA World Cup Ball; and
(b) one (1) Hyundai FIFA World Cup 2014 Cap; and
(c) one (1) Hyundai Jersey

Matchday 25 (13 July 2014) :
One (1) set comprising of :-
(a) one (1) Addidas 2014 Brazuca FIFA World Cup Ball; and
(b) one (1) Hyundai FIFA World Cup 2014 Cap; and
(c) one (1) 2014 Brasil Nike Jersey

21. There is only one (1) winner for the MHFJ Contest and the prize is one (1) customized FIFA Jersey bearing the winner’s name.
22. The Organiser reserves the absolute right and discretion to change and/or substitute any one (1) of the aforesaid prize(s) with another prize(s) of similar and/or equivalent value.

Collection of Prize(s) by the winners :
23. The prize(s) must be claimed/collected by the actual winner on a date specified by the Organiser. This includes the winner(s) having to participate in a prize-giving ceremony and/or any related events organised by the Organiser. If any one (1) of the winner(s) is unable to attend to such aforesaid ceremony and/or event, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize. The prize winner must produce to the Organiser his/her identity card which contains a photograph of the said prize winner when he/she collects/claims the prize from the Organiser.
24. The prize(s) are non-transferable and are not exchangeable and/or redeemable to a cash value equivalent to the prize(s).
25. The acceptance and/or collection of the prize(s) by the winner(s) shall immediately deem that the winner(s) agree(s) to the prize(s).
