V&A Waterfront Kids Ahoy Artjamming Holiday Programme :

1. Users can reserve seats for the Artjamming session taking place in centre court via the online booking engine that is featured on the V&A Waterfront website, Facebook page and mobile site. There are seven sessions per day every hour on the hour. The first session starts at 11h00; the second session starts at 12h00; third session starts at 13h00; fourth session starts at 14h00; firth session starts at 15h00; sixth session starts at 16h00 and the seventh session starts at 17h00. There are 15 pre-book seats available per session. Aside from the scheduled sessions, participants may pop by the Artjamming station anytime and join in on the fun if there are available seats.

2. There are a limited number (15) of ‘reserved’ seats available for the event and reservations will be done on a first come first serve basis. The online booking engine will indicate the number of reserved places available for each session. Depending on the user’s preferred channel of communication chosen on the registration form the user will receive confirmation of their booking, via email, once the registration form has been completed and submitted. If they choose to only receive SMS notification they will not receive a confirmation SMS. Each participant has a 1 hour limitation which applies both to the play area and the Artjamming station.
3. On submission of a booking confirmation form, a user’s details will be captured on an event register. The register will be used to confirm attendance at the applicable event, and of the specified date and time.
4. Depending on the user’s preferred channel of communication chosen on the registration form the user will receive either an email or SMS reminder communication one day prior to the session they have elected to attend.
5. Events, dates and times are not inter-changeable and in the event that a user arrives more than 15minutes late or on an incorrect day, they will not be accommodated on another day and their place would be forfeited.
6. All persons attending, entering or using any of the facilities at the Artjamming and free-play fun session do so entirely at their own risk.
7. The free-play area can accommodate 8 kids and 8 parents in total and the Artjamming station can accommodate 24 kids, each at an easel.
8. No more than 40 people are allowed in the activation space at the same time.
9. The children should preferably wear clothing which does not need to be kept pristine.
10. The children have access to the paints for use on their canvases. For the sake of their safety and that of other patrons, the facilitators will not accept it if children are running around the activation station with paint, or using paint for any other purpose than painting their canvases.
11. All Children must inform one of the facilitators who will be wearing an Artjamming t-shirt if they are leaving the Artjamming and/or free-play area.
12. The directors, management and employees of the V&A WATERFRONT HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD and Artjamming and its subsidiaries accept no responsibility or liability for the death of or injury to any person or loss of or damage to any property whether arising from negligence or any cause whatsoever.
