CommexFX Football Guessing Contest 2014 :

CommexFX participates in World Cup mania by encouraging FX traders to participate in a Football Contest to guess the winning teams of the contest.

How to participate :

** Only new clients or CommexFX clients who have never deposited in their live trading account are eligible to participate. Existing clients of CommexFX who have previously deposited are not eligible for participation.
** In order for any eligible client to participate, a live CommexFX trading account needs to be opened with a minimum deposit of $200. The supporting account documents need to be submitted as well (proof of ID and proof of residence)

** CommexFX Facebook will post the table of games throughout the duration of the contest, as well as updated information of the game results. All you need to do is guess the overall winner of each of the 8 groups for the first stage which lasts from 12th June till 26th June and send us a message via Facebook quoting your full name and account number.

** You do the same during the Round 16th Stage which last from 28th June till 1st July ; the same for the Quarter Final Stage , taking place on the 4th and 5th July ; and the Semi-Final Stage on 8th and 9th July. The date of the Final Game is the 12th July 2014.

The Contest :

** The contest is divided into 5 stages.
** Group Stage-participants guess the overall winner of each of the 8 groups. The top 10 lucky participants will go through to the next stage.
** Second Stage is Round 16-The top 10 will guess the winner of the 8 games. The top 8 proceed to the next stage.
** Third Stage-The quarter finals. The top 8 will guess the winners and 6 will proceed to next stage.
** Fourth Stage- The Semi-Finals- The top 6 will guess the winners and 4 will proceed to next stage.
** Fifth stage-The Third and The Final- The top 4 will guess the overall winner of the Cup Final and the Third Place. The three winning participants will be named and their names will be posted on Facebook.
** The contest will ran throughout the entire World Cup season which starts on Thursday 12th June and ends on Sunday 13th July 2014.
** During this period, CommexFX reserves the right to modify and change the terms and conditions of this promotion at any given time.

The Prizes :

** There will be 3 prizes given to our winning participants and their names and account numbers will be posted on Facebook after the World Cup ends on 13th July 2014.
** The 3 category of winners will be for guessing the 2014 World Cup Champion, the 2014 Semi-finalist and the 2014 Quarter-finalist.
** The prizes will be as follows : an iPad, an iPhone and a Tablet. All prizes will be named on Facebook.

Terms & Conditions :

** CommexFX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without the need for any reason, to decline the registration of any client who wishes to participate in this promotion. CommexFX also reserves the right to disqualify any client whom is believed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the mechanics and operation of the Football Contest.

** Multiple accounts are not permitted as it is a ‘one guess-one client’ policy.

** A guess submitted by any eligible client cannot be edited or amended at any time. CommexFX has the ability of evaluating and monitoring all account opened and can identify any editing or tampering with ‘guesses previously submitted. If CommexFX finds that a ‘guess’ has been edited by a client, it has the right to reject, and, or, eliminate this client and his participation in the Football Contest will be declined.

** It is recommended that participants in the CommexFX Football Contest should consult these Terms & Conditions on the CommexFX.com website regularly.
** Please note that taking part in the CommexFX Football Contest constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.
** If any of these Terms & Conditions were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these Rules of Engagement shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
