Sony Football Challenge Competition :

** This Competition is organized and hosted by Sony Mobile Communications AB, 221 88 Lund, Sweden (“Promoter”) from : 25 May 2014 at 18:00:00 GMT and runs to 13 July 2014 60 minutes before the Final of the FIFA World Cup Match finishes.

Participant must be a minimum age of 18 on the date you enter the Competition.

** By entering this Competition you accept and agree to the following (i) the Sony Mobile Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available and (ii) the following terms and conditions below and (iii) any instructions on how to enter this Competition and/or Competition Rules made available in the “Take a Tour” information screens or pages ((i), (ii) and (iii) collectively “Terms and Conditions”).

How To Enter :
** To enter, you (“You”, “User” or “Participant”) need to enter the Competition via the Xperia™ Lounge Application (“Application”). Each Participant has to
** Download the Xperia™ Lounge Application;
** Provide all of the required registration details as required by the Application; and
** Enter the Competition using your Facebook account and use your same Facebook account each time you participate in the Competition (ie use of multiple Facebook accounts in relation to the same User is not permitted) and comply with all of the Competition rules made available in the “Take a Tour” information screens or pages.
** You may invite your friends on Facebook to enter the Competition using their Facebook account and any participants invited by you will be required to accept these Terms and Conditions.[23] See “Prizes and Rules” sections for more information. The Rules common to the two (2) phases (Group Stage and Second Stage) of the FIFA World Cup competition are as follows :
** The score of a match is the final score at the end of the regular 90 minutes. Extra time and penalty kicks are not considered for calculating the final score.

In case there is a tie in each tier of prizes, the following tie breakers will be used :
** The most active User (the User who made the greatest number of predictions during competition) has priority on a tie.
** The most exact scores (the User who had the greatest amount of exact match scores) have priority on a tie.
** The User who has gained the highest number of points because he or she has predicted the greatest number of match results will have priority in a tie.
** The earlier predictor (User that, in average, put his predictions earlier).

The Rules during the first phase (Group Stage) of the competition are as follows :
** If the User predicts the exact score of a match for both teams he or she will be awarded with 10 points
** If the User predicts the results of a match and the score of only one (1) team he or she will be awarded with 7 points
** If the User predicts the result of a match not including the score (either the winner or a tied match) he or she will be awarded with 5 points
** If the User predicts the score of only one of the teams he or she will be awarded with 2 points

The Rules during the second phase (Round 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, Final) or the competition are as follows :
** If the User predicts the exact score of a match for both teams he or she will be awarded with 20 points
** If the User predicts the results of a match and the score of only one (1) team he or she will be awarded with 14 points
** If the User predicts the result of a match not including the score (either the winner or a tied match) he or she will be awarded with 10 points
** If the User predicts the score of only one of the teams he or she will be awarded with 4 points
** The User will be shown the team standings within the Group Classifications via one (1) table for each group, showing : Match Played, Wins, Draws, Losses, and Points.
** The application contains 5 pages describing the principles of the application.

Throughout all stages of the Competition, Users will receive notifications. The Notification process will be as follows :
** The system will notify the User 1 hour before a prediction is closed. A User is notified only if he has not already made predictions for the matches that are about to start.
** The system will notify the User once a day, after all of the matches are finished and the server has consolidated all of the data and calculated the scores for all the Users, whenever updated points are achieved.
** The User will receive notifications if the application is open or closed.

The User will be able to see his or her ranking through the application :
** The User will be able to see his or her position in the world ranking that is used for prize distribution
** The User will be able to see his or her position in a ranking containing all users from his country
** The User will be able to see his or her position in a ranking containing all users of the private group in which he belongs.
** Through private group ranking, a User will be able to see all the previous predictions from a specific friend invited to participate in the Competition.
** A User will be able to see one ranking for each of the User’s private groups.
** A User will be able to see all games results via the “Games Results Screen”.
** This Competition is without any obligation to make a purchase for entry.

Prize distribution :

Users will earn points according to how close their predictions get to the real final result. At the end of the Competition a number of prizes (each a “Prize”) will be given to the Users with the 100 highest scores (each being a “Winner”).

There are one hundred (100) Prizes to be won across a range of Prize Tiers described below :
The Winner of Prize Tier 1 (the “Grand Prize”) :
The Winner of Prize Tier 1 (the “Grand Prize”) will be the person who receives the highest number of points in the prediction Competition. The Grand Prize consists of a trip for 2 persons (consisting of the Winner and accompanying guest) to attend the FIFA Club World Cup Final in Morocco (“Event”) in December 2014 including the following components :
** International economy flights from origin country (Winner is responsible for travel to/from their home to the airport; the airport will be determined by the Promoter)
** Accommodation in 4* hotel for 4 nights (1 room for 2 people)
** Breakfast everyday
** 2 dinners
** Airport transfers in Morocco
** A total of [€500] spending money per person for the entire Event
** Travel Insurance for Winner & accompanying guest
** 3 organized activities (for Winner and accompanying guest) (a hot air balloon ride, a city tour, a spa session)
