TABtouch Football World Cup Competition :

** In the TABtouch Football World Cup Competition, you pick your favourite team to win the Cup, and you get a return every time they progress through a round of the tournament.

The Competition is open to TABtouch customers only.

** Progressive Dividends is free to play for all TABtouch customers. We will give you your own stash of Football Dollars to see whether you can grow your stash to win the prizes.
** Participate for free with the chance to win a major prize of $10,000 plus other bonus prizes during the tournament.

Eligibility :
** Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members who are TABtouch customers may participate in the Competition with the objective of trialling the concept, however they are ineligible to win any of the published prizes.
** For the purposes of registration and entry, Participants need to be verified TABtouch Customers and therefore over 18.
** To enter and/or play in the Competition, a Participant must be authenticated as an existing TABtouch customer and must be logged onto the website using TABtouch logon details.
** Participants will be asked to complete a short customer survey and to answer some questions about their participation in the Competition. Participants do not have to complete the customer survey to participate in the Competition, however, only participants who complete the customer survey will be eligible for any prizes.
** The Promoter reserves the right not to accept for registration any Participant if the registration contains anything slanderous or defamatory or is otherwise unsightly or unacceptable to the Promoter in any way.

The Competition :
** The Competition will be played in the manner of a parimutuel betting pool, with Participants being given a notional Football Dollars spending budget that they may invest in the form of Competition Bets on their selection(s) of World Cup Team(s) to win the World Cup Final.
** A Participant must submit their Competition Bet(s) via the Web Site in the manner and within the time frames set out on the Web Site.
** Participant investments will be combined into a parimutuel betting pool (the Competition Pool) and levels of investment on each Team will be displayed in order to facilitate Participant choices.
** Betting is permitted at any time when the Competition Pool is open for betting and betting on the selected Team is not suspended.
** Betting on a specific Team may be suspended at any time as determined by the Promoter when it is determined that the Team in question;
** has no mathematical chance of progressing to the next Round; or
** Has no mathematical chance of not progressing to the next Round (i.e., they have already qualified).
** Participants may not change their selections once they have been made. Under no circumstances will selections be accepted when the Competition Pool is closed or if the selected Team is suspended.
** Progressive dividends will be declared and distributed to Competition Accounts after the conclusion of each Round and Final Dividends will be declared and distributed when final results are declared.

Betting on specific Teams will be suspended at 10pm on the night before the start of any match that may result in :
** any losing Teams becoming known; or
** any Team becoming certain to progress to the next Round.
** If match outcomes do not result in definitive results, betting on those Teams will reopen at 8am the following morning.
** If match outcomes result in any Team(s) progressing to the next Round, betting on those Teams will be available from 8am on the morning after this result is known. For the avoidance of doubt any Competition Bet placed on a Team that has already qualified to progress to the next Round, prior to the completion of the current Round will not be eligible to receive a progressive dividend in the current Round.

Football Dollars will be credited to a Participant’s Competition Account in equal measure to enable Participants to continue their participation in the Competition as follows :
** New registrations to the Competition before the Group Stage – $1,000
** Existing Participants and new registrations after the Group Stage but before the Round of 16 – $500
** Existing Participants and new registrations after the Round of 16 but before the Quarter Finals – $250
** Existing Participants and new registrations after the Quarter Finals but before the Semi-Finals – $150
** Existing Participants before the Final but after the Semi-Finals – $100

Prizes :

** There are cash prizes of AU$600 to be awarded per Round, for the group phase and the Round of 16. There are cash prizes of AU$1,000 to be awarded per Round, for the quarter and semi-final Rounds. The prizes will be supplied to the winner or winners as a cash cheque or via bank transfer depending on which method the winner or winners choose.
** An additional prize pool of at least AU$4,000 in cash prizes and/or TAB betting vouchers will be given away over the Competition period as random draw prizes and/or for completing the survey about the Competition.
** There is one (1) major end-of-Competition cash prize of AU$10,000. The prize will be supplied to the winner or winners as a cash cheque or via bank transfer depending on which method the winner or winners choose.
** RWWA staff and their immediate families are permitted to participate in the Competition, but are not eligible to win the prizes described above.

Conditions for awarding prizes :
** The overall winner will be determined as the Participant who has the highest balance in their Competition Account at the end of the Competition.
** After each progressive Round (but not the Final round), a Round winner will be determined as the Participant who has earned the most Progressive Profit during that Round.
** Participants can be the winner of multiple rounds and of the final prize. The awarding of one prize to a Participant does not preclude that Participant from also winning another prize.

For each Round, and for the overall winner’s prize, in the event that :
** Two or more Participants qualify equally for any of the prizes, the relevant cash prize will be shared equally between winning Participants.
** If a winning Participant(s) is/are unable to accept a prize for whatever reason, the Promoter will award that prize to the Participant(s) who meet the eligibility criteria and would have been deemed to be the winner or winners had the winning Participant(s) not participated in the Competition.
** All winners will be notified by phone, letter or email by the Promoter and their name and photo may be published on the Promoter’s Web Site.
** After the results of the World Cup Final are released (scheduled for 13 July 2014), the overall Competition winner will be determined and notified within a week and will be published on the Friday following this date (most likely 25 July 2014).

To claim a prize, a winning Participant must provide proof of identity and proof of their normal residential address (which must match the address of their TABtouch wagering account) :
** If the winning Participant does not provide this information to the Promoter within 3 weeks of being sent a prize notification letter, then the prize will be forfeited.
** If the Promoter is unable to contact the winning Participant within 3 weeks of receiving their details then the prize will be forfeited and the next eligible Participant will be deemed the winning Participant as described in paragraph 30.
