Request For Good Conduct Certificate :
This service provides the customer obtaining Good Conduct Certificate.
Certificate is valid for three months only .
Beneficiaries :
UAE nationals and residents .
Procedures and documentations required prior to or during the Service :
** Valid Emirates ID.
** (2) recent photograph size 4 x 6 cm.
** Passport copy.
** No criminal record(s).
Service Fees :
UAE National = 100 Dhs.
UAE Residence = 200 Dhs.
outside UAE = 300 Dhs.
Additional 10 Dhs Knowledge Fees.
To submit the application kindly accept the following :
** A minimum of 6 months completion on residency visa.
** No criminal record(s).
** Payment accepted from UAE only.
** Fees paid is not refundable.
** Any deletion or modification will void the certificate.
** Fingerprint and other documents are required.

Amount refunded from DSG and taking long time to get the refund
Provide the customer with the DSG refund documents to contact the respective banks
Fines paid on the Internet, mPay, Smartphone, ENBD and not cleared from Traffic System
The reason maybe : a. If the amount is refunded after Dubai Police reconciliation provide the customer with the Dubai Smart Government Refund document with transaction No. OR (may be due to another fine on the same date)

Customer can call 901 for checking the transaction details and he/she should provide Driving License# or Vehicle Plate# or TC (Traffic File#) Number
Fines paid on the Internet, mPay, Smartphone,ENBD and not cleared from Traffic System and another fines are showing during vehicle renewal
This may be due to the late entry of certain fines on the traffic system. Call center has to check the fines entry date and time.
Fines paid on the Smartphone, ENBD and not cleared from Traffic System
This may be due wrong selection of another plate number on the Smartphone or ENBD
How do I get to a list of traffic violations?
You log in to “Inquiry and Payment of Traffic Fines” Service, and if there is a violation recorded on the vehicle, a button indicating “Print a list of violations”, which will be sent to email registered in the vehicle’s traffic file and the same list will be displayed on the screen.
How much does it cost to get a list of traffic violations?
There is no fees, if submitted through the Service, but in case it is requested from any of the Service Locations, a due fee of AED 5 per vehicle.
