Bank Draft payable to the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad drawnable on a bank at Islamabad is also acceptable.

Fee is to be paid through Bank Challan in Board’s Branch.

Depositor’s copy of Challan / Original Bank Draft and attested photocopy of Marks Sheet may be attached with application form.

I have passed my SSC/HSSC examination as a regular candidate but did not receive my certificate so far. How can I get the certificate?
The certificates of regular candidates are sent to their institutions within six months after declaration of results. Please visit/contact your institution for collection of certificate.

I am an Ex/private candidate and passed SSC/HSSC Examination from FBISE but did not receive my certificate so far. How can I get the certificate?
The certificates of Ex/private candidates are sent on their mailing addresses (within six months after declaration of results) given in the Admission Form at which they have already received their Roll Number Slip and Result Card.

If you have not received your certificate after six months of declaration of result then please contact Secretary FBISE for update and dispatch details to track it from concerned post office.

I have improved my Result/Grade in SSC/HSSC Examination. How can I get my revised certificate with improved marks?
You can get your revised certificate by surrendering the previous original certificate if issued earlier (sent to your institution / given address) along with photocopy of improved Result Card and photocopy of your CNIC.

Can I get my revised certificate after improvement without surrendering the previous original Certificate?
No. You will have to surrender the previous certificate (in original) which is mandatory for issuance of improved marks/grade certificate.

My original SSC/HSSC certificate has been lost. How can I get my Duplicate Certificate?
Download the application form for issuance of Duplicate Certificate from FBISE website. Fill it in all respects and send it to the Secretary FBISE along with all the codal formalities given at page 2 of the Admission Form.

Bank Challan form can be downloaded from FBISE website for fee payment in the nearest online HBL branch. A copy of bank challan (Board’s Copy) must be attached with the application.

I submitted an application for correction in Name/Parentage/Date of Birth and now I have received a permission letter for correction. What should I do next?
You will submit an application along with correction letter and photocopy of the Revised (corrected) Result Card along with original certificate for issuance of Revised Certificate.
