Duplicate Certificate For SSC/HSSC Examination :

1. REGULAR & EX- candidates shall submit their applications through the concerned Head of the Institution from which they appeared as a regular candidate.

Fee once deposited shall not be refunded.

2. PRIVATE candidates shall also submit their application through any Head of the institution recognized/affiliated with the Federal Board.
3. The candidate who passed their Examination, from OVERSEAS institutions and shifted in the Pakistan may submit their applications forms duly attested by Head of the institution affiliated with Federal Board (Located at his/her city/residential area). Also provide the documentary proof that he/she is settled in Pakistan Permanently. (such certificates will be delivered by post)

4. The following documents in original should be attached with this form :
i. A press clipping (in original) in daily Newspaper indicting the loss of original certificate.
ii. An affidavit on judicial stamp paper of the value of Rs.10/-, given before oath commissioner/lg class Magistrate for the loss of the original certificate, and shall be returned to the board (in original)
iii. A copy of result card/certificate and registration card duly attested.
iv. A bank challan/bank draft in the name of Secrectary, FBISE must be drawnable at ISLAMABAD (Pakistan) as mentioned below :

v. Fee Schedule for issuance of duplicate certificate is as under :
a) The certificate is issued on the same day With urgent Fee Rs.3000/-
b) The certificate is issued after three days With normal fee Rs.2250/- US $ 60/-

Note :
1. Application shall not be entertained if any of the above documents is missing.
2. Application shall be filled in properly. Incomplete application shall not be entertained.
3. Only blood relation (Father/Mother/Brother or Sister) can receive/collect the original certificate.

I have passed my SSC/HSSC examination as a regular candidate but did not receive my certificate so far. How can I get the certificate?
The certificates of regular candidates are sent to their institutions within six months after declaration of results. Please visit/contact your institution for collection of certificate.

I am an Ex/private candidate and passed SSC/HSSC Examination from FBISE but did not receive my certificate so far. How can I get the certificate?
The certificates of Ex/private candidates are sent on their mailing addresses (within six months after declaration of results) given in the Admission Form at which they have already received their Roll Number Slip and Result Card. If you have not received your certificate after six months of declaration of result then please contact Secretary FBISE for update and dispatch details to track it from concerned post office.

I have improved my Result/Grade in SSC/HSSC Examination. How can I get my revised certificate with improved marks?
You can get your revised certificate by surrendering the previous original certificate if issued earlier (sent to your institution / given address) along with photocopy of improved Result Card and photocopy of your CNIC.
