Instructions :

1. Migration Certificate shall be issued only to the candidates who have been registered with the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad.

2. Fee may be paid in HBL, Board’s branch through bank challan or Bank Draft payable to the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad drawnable on a bank at Islamabad. Depositor’s copy of Challan or Original Bank Draft may be attached with application form.
3. The candidate presently studying in SSC/HSSC Part-I-II in an institution affiliated with Federal Board must produce an attested copy of the School/College leaving Certificate (Migration Certificate shall not be issued in absence of School/College Leaving Certificate)
4. Candidate who has already passed SSC/HSSC Part-II examination may attach an attested photo copy of the passing certificate/Marks Sheet.

Rates of Fee For Migration Certificate/ Duplicate Migration Certificate :
i) In case of Pakistan Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only).
ii) In case of abroad US$20/- (US Dollar Twenty only)

FAQs :
If I have passed my SSC from an affiliated institution of FBISE in any city or country and want to apply for admission in HSSC in another FBISE affiliated institution elsewhere, do I require a migration certificate?
The migration certificate is not required if transferred from one institution to any other institution affiliated with the Federal Board.

I submitted an application for correction in Name/Parentage/Date of Birth and now I have received a permission letter for correction. What should I do next?
You will submit an application along with correction letter and photocopy of the Revised (corrected) Result Card along with original certificate for issuance of Revised Certificate.

Does the office of FBISE remain open on Saturday?
Saturday and Sunday are off.

I have passed my SSC/HSSC examination as a regular candidate but did not receive my certificate so far. How can I get the certificate?
The certificates of regular candidates are sent to their institutions within six months after declaration of results. Please visit/contact your institution for collection of certificate.

I have improved my Result/Grade in SSC/HSSC Examination. How can I get my revised certificate with improved marks?
You can get your revised certificate by surrendering the previous original certificate if issued earlier (sent to your institution / given address) along with photocopy of improved Result Card and photocopy of your CNIC.

Can I get my revised certificate after improvement without surrendering the previous original Certificate?
No. You will have to surrender the previous certificate (in original) which is mandatory for issuance of improved marks/grade certificate.
