** A license renewal mailed to the department may take three to four weeks processing time.
** The renewed license may be received via mail services 10-14 days after processing.
How do I request a duplicate license?
** Duplicate license requests must be received in writing by the Department.
** Submit form DBPR 0090-1 Duplicate License Request along with the appropriate fee (if any) as indicated on the form.

However, additional information is generally reviewed within four to five weeks from the date of receipt.
