Change of Internet Credit Card / Internet Payment Account Credit Limit :
** Thank you for using Dah Sing Internet Credit Card / Internet Payment Account,
** please enter the following information, we will proceed to change your Internet Credit Card / Internet Payment Account Credit Limit accordingly.

Procedure :
** Enter Name
** Enter Hong Kong I.D. Card Number / Passport number
** Enter Dah Sing Internet Credit Card Account / Internet Payment Account number
** Enter New credit limit
** ( The maximum should be equal to the credit limit of your Dah Sing Credit Card)
** Enter Your Contact Number
** Click Confirm button to get status

Note :
1. The new credit limit will be effective after 2 working days.
2. The service of changing Credit Limit online is only applicable to Internet Credit Card and Internet Payment Amount.
3. Cardholders who use other types of Credit Card, please contact our staff at 2828-8168 to change their credit limit.

Credit Card e-Statement :
I used to receive both paper statement and the email notification for e-Statement. Will there any change to me after the launch of the new e-Statement Service?
From 17 October 2016 (“Effective Date”), you are required to choose to suppress the paper statement in order to receive our e-Statement email notifications. If you have already chosen to suppress the credit card paper statement before the Effective Date, the setting will remain unchanged.

If I have several Dah Sing credit cards and supplementary cards, will my e-Statement setting affect those accounts?
Yes. E-Statement setting will be applicable to all Dah Sing cards and supplementary cards under the primary cardholder.

Can supplementary cardholders change the e-Statement settings?
No. Only primary cardholder can change the e-Statement settings. Once the setting is changed, it will be applied to all credit cards and supplementary cards under the primary cardholder(if any).

What is Dah Sing e-Banking Service?
The innovative and integrated Dah Sing e-Banking Service brings you enhanced on-line services. You can access and operate your bank, credit card, debit card and cash card accounts via .dahsing.com anytime anywhere.

Do I need to open an additional account for the Dah Sing e-Banking Service?
There’s no need to open an additional account. You just need to have any one of Dah Sing ATM Card / Credit Card / Cash Card or Debit Card. Then you can enjoy Dah Sing e-Banking Service for Free.

How can I pay bill to designated merchants via Dah Sing e-Banking Service?
Pre-registration is required for making online payment to designated merchants. Please click here to download and complete the registration form and return it to our Bank.

Upon successful registration, you can pay bill to the registered designated merchant via Pay Easy Bill Online Payment Service of Dah Sing e-Banking Service.
