** If we’re missing any portion of your application–for instance, your transcripts, essay, SAT scores, letter of recommendation–the status check will let you know.
** You’ll need your Identification Number and PIN to do so, which you should receive in the mail from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

** Pay Your Undergraduate New Student Deposit Here
** To secure your spot at UMass Boston, you must submit your $200 New Student Deposit.
** This deposit will be applied to your first semester bill.
** We recommend that you submit your deposit as soon as possible.

The deposit deadlines for freshmen and traditional nursing students are :
** May 1 (summer or fall semester).
** December 1 (spring semester).
** The deposit is refundable by written request to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions only prior to these deadlines for freshmen, traditional nursing students and transfer students.

Attention Transfer Students :
** Your deposit is due within 30 days of receiving your acceptance letter. If this occurs after May 1, your deposit is non-refundable.

** If you are a Directions for Student Potential (DSP) student, you are exempt from the deposit. Please confirm your intention to enroll in the DSP program and sign up for assessment and orientation.
