Paying & Viewing Your Credit Card Statement Online :

Paying your credit card statement :
Direct Debit :
** This can be for a fixed amount or percentage, the minimum amount or the full outstanding balance.
** You will need to provide your bank account number and sort code.

** Call us on 0345 964 5645 or if you are registered for Internet Banking, you can log in and click on the ‘ways to pay’ tab in your credit card section.

Online :
** If you have a Bank of Scotland bank account you can make a payment online and it will normally be credited to your account within 2 hours.

Telephone Banking :
** If you have a Bank of Scotland bank account you can pay over the phone by calling 0345 721 3141.
** Your payment is normally credited to your account within 2 hours.

Standing Order :
** To set up a standing order please contact the bank where your current account is held.

You need to provide your bank with the following information :
** Bank Sort Code 77-29-00
** Bank Account no. 00000000
** Your payment reference is your 16 digit card number.

By post :
** You can send the completed payment slip and cheque in the envelope provided to Card Services, Bank of Scotland (190), PO BOX 187, Sheffield, S98 1LJ.
** The cheque should be made payable to Bank of Scotland followed by your credit card number.
** You must allow 7 working days for the payment to reach us.
** Please use blue or black ink when writing cheques.
** Please do not send post-dated cheques and never send cash through the post.

In branch :
** You can call into any Bank of Scotland branch to make a payment.
** Just complete and hand in the Bank Giro Credit slip with a cheque or cash.
** Cheque payments should be made at least 4 working days before the due date shown.
** Cash payments will be credited to your account the same day (Monday to Sunday including bank/public holidays).
