How to Recharge or Pay Evo Bill through Easy Paisa :
For Bill payment or account recharge follow the illustrated steps

Step1 : Visit your nearest Easy Paisa Shop
Step2 : Provide Easy Paisa shopkeeper with your MDN # (mentioned on EVO Bill or at back of USB dongle) and desired recharge or bill payment amount
Step3 : Provide the shopkeeper with your mobile number after paying your desired or billed amount
Step4 : Receive payment confirmation on your mobile number

EVO MDN can be traced using any of the below methods :
Sticker on your Device box
** Sticker on your device
** Slide the back cover of your device, you’ll find your MDN & ESN engraved on it.
** Use PTCL EVO software installed on your system to trace you MDN.

For using this follow the below instructions :
** Plug in you EVO USB into the system.
** In the PTCL EVO software
** Go to tools èDiagnostics è Device details displayed including MDN number.

Does a customer need to register to avail this service?
No, there is no requirement for the sender or the receiver to be registered

How Can I Receive Money Sent to my CNIC at Home?
If you have been sent PKR 2501 or more through an easypaisa transaction at your CNIC, then you can receive this money at your desired address. In order to avail this service, you are required to call out helpline at 3737 via Telenor and 111-345-100 via any other network’s SIM.

At the helpline you should request the agent to transfer money sent to you at your doorstep. Our helpline agents will verify and then request your desired location for receiving the money.

When will I receive Money at my Home after requesting it on Helpline?
Once you have requested this service, you will be able to receive this money at your desired address within one working day of placing the call.

What do I need to start paying through Easypay Retail
You only need an Easypaisa Mobile Account with sufficient balance for your transaction.
What if I don’t have a Mobile Account – what should I do?
Dial *345*3737# from your Telenor SIM to open an Easypaisa Mobile Account.

My mobile account is suspended/dormant – what should I do?
Please call 3737 to reactivate your Mobile Account
