Apply For Replacement & Change Details On Your Bus Pass :

Replacement bus pass :
** Apply for a replacement bus pass, Travelcard
** You don’t need to renew your bus pass if your current one is expiring soon.

** We’ll send your new one in the post at least two weeks before the other one runs out.

Lost, damaged or change of name :
** If you’ve lost or damaged your bus pass, or you need to change your name, you can order and pay for a new one online.
** We accept all debit or credit cards.

Cost :
** A replacement bus pass is £7.10 with a debit card, and £7.30 with a credit card.
** You can also use the lost or damaged replacement bus pass form and pay at a Citizen Service Point.
** We don’t accept cheques or postal orders.

Stolen bus pass :
** It’s free to replace your bus pass if it has been stolen.
** Use the Stolen Replacement bus pass (travelcard).
** You’ll need to provide a Crime Reference Number.
** Post form to Travelcard Office (Brunel), Bristol City Council, PO Box 3176, Bristol, BS3 9FS Or scan form and email to bus.passes AT bristol.gov.uk
** If you only have a lost item reference number you will need to pay for a replacement bus pass
** Current cost for Cash/Debit card payments- £7.10
** Credit card payments – £7.30
** Apply and pay online by debit or credit card at bristol.gov.uk/buspassreplacepay

** You can contact us at bus.passes AT bristol.gov.uk or call 0117 922 2600 for a stolen or lost or damaged application form in a different format like Braille, audio CD, large print, electronic, BSL DVD or commuity language.**

Change Details On Your Bus Pass :
** Let us know if your bus pass needs to be updated with your new name or address.

Change of address :
** Let us know your new address with the change of address form

You’ll need :
** to still live in the Bristol City Council area (your sole or primary residence)
** to tell us if you’re named on your council tax bill so that we can check your address or
** send us proof of your new address for example a copy of a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months

Change of name :
** To change your name on your bus pass you’ll need to get a replacement.
** There is a charge of £7.10 (£7.30 for credit cards).
** Apply and pay online by debit or credit card
