Get & Renew Your Residents Parking Permit
Get residents’ parking permits :
** You can get permits online for all areas except Easton and St Philips and the Central Parking Zone
** Find out what to do if you live within the Central Parking Zone (CPZ).

Getting residents’ permits :
** If you’ve applied online for residents’ or visitors’ permits before, you’ll need to sign in to your Bristol Account for more permits.
If you haven’t applied online before you’ll need :
** an email address to create your account
** a debit or credit card to pay (1.8% extra charge for credit cards)
** vehicle registration certificate V5C (log book) for each vehicle
** You must answer all questions unless marked as optional.
Renew your residents’ parking permit :
** The way you renew is different depending on your area.
You can only renew your permits online if you live in :
** Bedminster East
** Bower Ashton (and got your permits after 7 December 2015)
** Clifton East
** Clifton Village
** Cliftonwood and Hotwells (and got your permits after 15 May 2015)
** Cotham (and got your permits after 3 November 2015)
** Cotham North (and got your permits after 6 July 2015)
** Kingsdown (and got your permits after 3 November 2015)
** Montpelier
** Redcliffe (and got your permits after 31 March 2015)
** Redland (and got your permits after 6 July 2015)
** Southville
** Spike Island
** St Pauls
** If you can’t renew online, follow the instructions on your reminder letter or email, which you’ll get about a month before your permit expiry date.
** You can also follow instructions on your area page.
Get visitors’ parking permits :
** You can get permits online for all areas except Easton and St Philips and the Central Parking Zone.
** If you live in Easton and St Philips you need to apply using a paper form.
** Find out what to do if you live within the Central Parking Zone (CPZ).
Getting visitors’ permits :
** If you’ve applied online for residents’ or visitors’ permits before, you’ll need to sign in to your Bristol Account for more permits.
If you haven’t applied online before you’ll need :
** an email address to create your account
** a debit or credit card to pay (1.8% extra charge for credit cards)
** You must answer all questions unless marked as optional.
Your allocation of visitors’ permits are reset annually :
** If you applied for visitors’ permits in time for the start date of your scheme, then your annual allocation is reset on the scheme start date.
** If you applied for visitors’ permits after the scheme started, then your annual allocation is reset on the date you applied for the first visitors’ permits.
** If you do not know the date of your first application, then call the parking team on 0117 922 2600.
Renew online :
You’ll need :
** an email address

Renew your permit online :
** Enter your permit details
** You can renew your current permit if your details haven’t changed.
** You’ll need to apply for a new permit if you’ve changed your name, moved, or changed your vehicle.
What you need to know :
** You can renew your permit if it’s going to expire in the next 28 days and if your details haven’t changed.
** If any of your details have changed or if your permit has expired, you should apply for a new permit.
** If you bought your permits separately, you’ll need to renew each one separately too.
