Request a copy of a birth certificate :
** Request a copy certificate of a birth that occurred in Sheffield.
** A birth certificate can be used for passports, driving licenses and landlords etc. We will only provide a short certificate if requested.

** A birth certificate is not proof of identity although some organisations do accept it as such.
