Information about Complaint Center :
WASA has divided the Rawalpindi city into two main zones East & West. in each zone there are several complaint centers who deal their relevant complaints.
Central Complaint Center for all type of complaints – 1334 OR 051-5778973-5
Complaint centers contain different union councils as well as it also contains several technical and engineering teams divided into union councils. There is a Sub Engineer, Supervisor an operator (complaint receiver), and a Team leader in each complaint center.
WASA is committed to provide better services to its citizens. many big steps are taken in order to provide outstanding services to the customers.

About Rawalpindi :

Sir humein or hmary street my pani ka bohat issue hy . Sath street my pani ki lines installed hain or hum kafi dafah request kr chuky but no one take responsibility.
Pani na hony ki waja sy bohat ziada masly bny vy and tanker mafia ny b rates high kr dye hai.
Sir hum filer hain and highly tax payer bhi.Please please ap sy request hy hmary masly ko sort out kren .Ghar my pani ka aik drop ko b trasty hain .

Approximately 10 days has passed/ago No drinking water being supplied to specialy Farooq eAzam road, near by Alziz Plaza Rawalpindi . The poor peoples not be purchase water tankers on payment from Rs 800.00 to Rs 2000.00 on daily basis. No of times complained to Shamsabad and Hashmat Ali but no action taken so far. We all humbly request you to please resolve this important issue as soon as possible as human/sympathetic grounds.
I informed about water tanker requirement on 17th July 2017 via telephone(051-5555489). I am daily reminding about water tank request but team is saying our tanker will come tomorrow. I am requesting you to please provide me water tanker soon.

The poor peoples purchased water tankers on payment from Rs 800.00 to Rs 2000.00. No of times complained to Lukhan councilor and your office but no action taken so far. Sir We all humbly request you to please resolve this important issue as soon as possible as human/sympathetic grounds.
