Register For i-Akaun Services :
** i-Akaun refers to Member’s or Employer’s EPF online account.
** By having this account, the Member or Employer can use the online services offered by EPF.
Eligibility to register for i-Akaun :
Member :
** EPF members who own a Member ID No. or a valid EPF number.

Employer :
** Employers who have a valid EPF Number.
i-Akaun Registration :
** Below are the steps to register for i-Akaun for EPF Members and Employers
Member :
** Visit any EPF Kiosk or Counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code by bringing your Member ID.
** Member has the option to contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-89226000 from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
** Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate your i-Akaun using the Activation Code.
Employer :
** Representatives who have been appointed to manage the i-Akaun for the employer can visit any EPF counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code using Form KWSP 1 or KWSP 1(i).
** Click on i-Akaun Activation at the EPF website within 30 days to activate the i-Akaun using the Activation Code.
TAC Activation :
** TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) will be used for certain transactions in i-Akaun to ensure data security.
** An example is when members or employers forgot their User IDs or Passwords.
** The TAC will be sent via short message service (SMS) when they use the Forgot User ID / Password function.
Steps to activate the TAC are as below :
Member :
** Members can register their mobile phone numbers at any EPF kiosk or counter or contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-89226000 from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
Conditions for TAC activation :
** EPF members have registered for i-Akaun
** EPF members who have previously registered their mobile phone numbers for TAC can update their numbers at any EPF kiosk or counter or contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-89226000.
Employer :
** Employers can register their mobile phone numbers in i-Akaun or at any EPF counter.
Conditions for TAC activation :
** EPF employers have registered for i-Akaun
** EPF employers who have previously registered their mobile phone numbers for TAC can update their numbers in i-Akaun or at any EPF counter
** using Form KWSP 1(i)

What are the services offered to members and employers in i-Akaun?
Members can :
** Request for e-Pengeluaran
** Check current and previous EPF statements
** Check withdrawal application status and history
** Check nomination information
** Estimate the eligible amount for withdrawals, savings and investments
** Update profile including correspondence address
** Check current EPF contribution transactions
** Check i-Akaun activities log
Employers can :
Access to e-Caruman for :
** Submission of Form A data with payment
** Submission of Form A data only

** Submission of CTML settlement (e-CTML)

What is the eligibility to register for the i-Akaun?
** For Malaysian members, must own a Member ID No. or a valid EPF number.
** For Non – Malaysian members, must own a valid passport or a valid EPF number.
** For employers, must own a valid EPF number.
Why do I need to create User ID and password?
** The User ID and password created with be used for all logins into i-Akaun. Please remember your User ID and password.
Can I change my User ID?
** No, you cannot change your User ID. Your User ID is unique and used to identify you as an i-Akaun member.
Can I change my password?
** Yes, you can. In fact, you are highly advised to change your password periodically. To change your password, login into i-Akaun and then select ‘Change Password’. You need to supply your current password, create the new password and then re-enter the new password. Use the new password the next time you login
