** UBL Account (Deposit, Omni, Credit Card, Cashline)
** Email Address (updated at UBL)

Step-1 : Have your email address updated at your UBL Branch.
You may do so by simply giving a written request at the branch

Step-2 : Get your Activation Email
Your can get your activation email by :
1.Clicking here to receive an Activation Email or
2. By clicking on the “New User” links under the login name or
3. By calling the UBL Contact Centre at 021(111-825-888 and requesting for a Netbanking activation email or
4. By emailing us at customer.services AT ubl.com.pk and requesting for a Netbanking Activation Email

Step-3 : Activate your Account
** Once you have received the Activation Email, simply follow the link given in the email. The activation email will allow you to create password for UBL Netbanking
** Remember, UBL only has one official website which is www.ubldirect.com. UBL never asks you to enter a third party website. If you receive suspicious emails that appear to be from UBL but takes you to any third party website, please notify us immediately by calling us at (021)111-825-888 or sending an email to customer.services@ubl.com.pk.

Step-4 : Login to your Account
Log on to netbanking and Select a package to start conducting transactions.
