Traffic Diversion Request :
Welcome to Ministry of Works, Traffic Diversion Request eService. Continuing our effort of providing higher standard of living and quality of life to the citizens of Bahrain, we provide this eService as another channel to submit traffic diversion request.

Traffic Diversion Request :
Use this option to submit a new traffic diversion request. Please do not submit multiple times for single request. All requests are monitored and any misuse will be acted upon.
1. Print the inspection form
2. According to the Governor-ate, call the associated inspector to arrange for a visit
3. The form should be filled and signed by the inspector and attached along with the other documentation
4. The following documents are needed when requesting for a Traffic Diversion
** Diversion Plan
** Copy of Way Leave
** Planning Permission
** Inspection Form
** Approval form the Concerned Authorities
Note :
** i). If you don’t attach the required documents, you will have to submit a paper copy of the documents at the counter.
** ii). The required documents can be attached in electronic form (PDF/JPG/JPEG/GIF/BMP)
Extension Request :
Use this option to submit a request for extension of existing traffic diversion permit. Extension can be only applied for approved permits which are about to end.Please provide the following information to extend the permit and click on the “Search” button

Check Request Status Inquiry :
Use this option to check status of previously submitted traffic diversion request. To check the status you would need the request number and your email address.To check the status of a request please provide the request number and your email address and Enter the following fields and click on the “Search” button

FAQ :
Has my payment been settled?
For other governmental entities this can be checked using the Oracle system (FMiS). As for contractors and suppliers this can be checked by calling the FRD Front Desk on 17545730 or 17545903.
When does the payment enter my account??
Ministry of Finance (MOF) has 2 settlement dates The first one is due at the middle of the month (15th) and the second is due at the end of the month (30th)
What are the procedures followed for compensation issues??
The following documents are required to process the compensation :
** CPR copy of the beneficiary
** Letter from Minister of Municipalities & Agriculture to our Minister.
** Letter from the owner –no objection on the amount of the compensation.
** Letter from RPDD director to cadastral survey Directorate.
** Letter from Director of Cadastral Survey Directorate.
** Certificate of survey.
** Certificate of transfer.
** Copy of Land Deed and surveyed drawing.
** Copy of Heirs legal documents.
** Internal Invoice.
