Absher – Wasel :
This Service is designed to deliver all government documents to the National Address of the customer by the distribution teams of the Wasel service. The first phase of this service delivery of Iqama to customers has already been implemented.

In order to take advantage of this service, you must have previously registered in the National Address or must be a subscriber in the National Address service; one of the services provided by Saudi Post.
How To Get This Service :
** Register your National Address and activate it at Saudi Post .The Address shall be displayed automatically in the Absher system after one hour of completion of the registration process.
** Register at the MOI portal “Absher” and activate the account at the nearest passports branch.
** Pay Passport fees by type of service .
** Select the document to be delivered via Absher and select the delivery method to be by mail.
** Choose the address in case there is more than one address for the customer. An invoice will be sent by SMS to the customer’s mobile no. to settle the payment.
** Pay the service fees via Sadad e-payment through local banks.
** The document will be delivered to the specified address via Wasel service and the old document will be collected from the customer.
Time Frame :
** The document reaches the customer address within 3-5 working days.
** In case of no response by the customer, the document will be returned to the original source, but Saudi Post will retain the service fees which are non-refundable.

** Different types of expatriates documents
** Saudi Passport
** Civil Identity Card
** Driving License and Car Registration
Terms and Conditions :
** A customer will be considered to have agreed to and accepted all the terms and conditions herein mentioned as soon as they start to use the Document Delivery Services from Saudi Post.
** Customer’s use of the Document Delivery Service shall be deemed an authorization to Saudi Post to finalize the procedures related to documents delivery to the customer’s address.
** The customer shall be committed to use the Document Delivery Service in line with service conditions and regulations in respect to the issuing or renewal of all documents in compliance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
** Customer shall bear all legal claims if they misuse the service and shall bear all resulting damages. Customers shall be obligated to pay all fees and service charges as soon as they select the Documents Delivery Service for the address shown in the service request. Such charges are not refundable.
** The Document Delivery Service request will not be cancelled, but the request will be automatically cancelled if fees were not paid within 14 days of request date.
** Customer may not receive the document from the passport offices if they requested that the document be delivered by post. In case of violation of this procedure, the applicable procedures will be applied and paid fees will be refunded.
** The document will be delivered to the selected address. The customer undertakes to submit the old documents if the type of service requires that they do so as per Ministry regulations.
** The document will be handed over to the owner, the designated person or the authorized delegate by the owner or the company indicating that they may receive it on behalf of the owner, whether it was a person or a company.
** The customer may track the route of the Document Delivery Service through the electronic tracking system provided by Saudi Post.
