2. After obtaining the Foundation certificate, does it qualify the holder to study in other institutions?
The Ministry does not have any objection to continue studies in any of the accredited private higher education institutions after attestation of the certificate by the Ministry, and ultimately the decision is up to the institution to accept the student or not, so students must meet all general admission requirements of the institution and the program’s terms and conditions, if present.
3. What is the difference between certificate attestation for the use inside or outside UAE?
​Certification within the UAE is made for using documents or certificates within the UAE. However, documents may be certified outside the UAE, and should, in this case, be approved by the foreign ministry and the embassy of the country in which a student wishes to study.
For the latter, signature shall be endorsed by the foreign ministry.

The attestation e-application is filled online according to the following :

5. What is the difference between certification and equalization?
​Certification means attesting the qualifications and documents issued by U.A.E. approved higher education private institutes and their accredited academic programs. Equalizations means equaling the certificates issued by the institutions of higher education outside the U.A.E.
