Get Survey Quotation :

This form is for requesting quotations for Survey Services from Authorised Private Sector Survey Firms.

Requirements for Application (to be scanned and attached to the completed form) :
A copy of the CPR for the owner and his/her representative(s) (if applicable)

Documents relating to the property :
** A copy of the original Title Deed of the property to be surveyed.
** A copy of the validated original Ministry of Housing agreement.
** Power of Attorney authenticated by the owner. (if applicable)

A copy of the legal inheritance documents in the event of death of the owner

Terms & Conditions :
1. Make sure that you have all required documents as soft copy : (JPG – GIF – TIFF – PNG – PDF) pictures or PDF files.
2.Fill in the owner name you have to fill all the fields with “*” icon to complete the procedures.
3.Determine the plot type and fill in the plot details.

4. Choose one of the listed companies and they will reply back with their quotations if they are interested, if you want to get prices from all companies to compare, Tick in “All companies”.

5. Attach the required documents.
6. Tick in the check box to certify that the above information is correct, and then click on “Add”.

Notice :
When all form requirements are filled & completed, it becomes out of Survey & land registration Bureau responsibility the customer should directly contact with the companies.

Land Survey Application :
Introduction :
This form is for requesting Survey Services :
** To know the location of the property and its dimensions without demarcation.
** For provide details of the property for an application to the Municipality for a Building Permit.

** Plot demarcation by Cadastral Survey Directorate to determine the property boundaries on the ground.
** Plot demarcation by one of the Authorised Private Sector Survey Firms to determine the property boundaries on the ground.

** Preparation of a plan of the property for inclusion in a Title Deed produced by Land Registration.
** Preparation of a Court as requested by Courts.

Requirements for Application :  (to be scanned and attached to the completed form):

About Us :
The Survey and Land Registration Bureau is the governmental body in charge of land, aerial, and hydrographic survey services, and the registration of real estate properties in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Established in 1920 as the “Topo Directorate” – “Topo” believed to be short for Topography, the name remained official until the 2nd of April, 1967, when the directorate became the “Land Registration Directorate”.

On the 14th of October, 2002, HM King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Bahrain’s Monarch, issued Royal Decree No. 39 for the year 2002, authorizing the reorganization of the directorate to become the “Land Registration Bureau”
