How to subscribe :
** To subscribe, visit any Orange shop that offers Orange Money service and have your National ID and SIM card ready.
** Fill in and sign the subscription form.

** Once done, you’ll receive an SMS with a Password.
** The received password must be changed to start using the service.

To change your password :
** Select 4 : My account
** Select 3 : Settings
** Select 2 to change your password

** Enter the current password
** Enter your new password
** (Password must consist of 4 digits; Do not use similar digits, Example 2222)

** Confirm your choice by re-entering the password
** You can create Orange Money list that will help you in transferring money in an easy way.
** Now you are ready to start using the service.

How to create and manage Orange Money list :
To add a dial :
** Dial #115#
** Select 4 : My account

** Select 3 : Settings
** Select 3 : Manage Orange Money list
** Enter your password

** Select 1: Add dial
** Enter the mobile number you want to add
** Enter your name

To remove dial :
** Dial #115#
** Select 4 :My account
** Select 3 : Settings

** Select 3 : Manage Orange Money list
** Enter your password
** Select 2 : remove dial
** Choose the contact you want to remove from your Orange Money list

Donations :
General Rules :
** New subscriber should hold a valid National ID and an Orange voice line
** The voice line should be registered under subscriber’s name
** Every subscriber is entitled to one wallet only
** Maximum wallet ceiling: EGP 5,000
** Maximum daily cash-out transaction: EGP 3,000
** Maximum daily transfer transaction: EGP 3,000
** Minimum limit for all transactions: EGP 2
** In case of mobile loss or theft, call 626 or visit any Orange shop that offers Orange Money service to suspend the service immediately.

How to cash-out :
** Visit any Orange shop with your National ID and SIM card.
** Inform the shop agent with the amount you want to cash-out and present your National ID.
** You will receive an SMS asking you to dial #115 #to complete the cash-out.
** Finally, you will receive an SMS confirming the cash-out and the new balance.
** Cash-out fees: 2% of the amount with a minimum of EGP 3

Transfer to a non-Orange Money subscriber :
** You can transfer to any Orange customer who is not subscribed in Orange Money.
** You will receive an SMS informing you that the receiver is not subscribed to Orange Money to be able to receive and cash out the amount; the receiver should subscribe within 3 days.

** A transfer notification SMS will be sent to the receiver, to subscribe within 3 days.
** Once the receiver subscribes, the transferred amount will be added to receiver’s wallet.

** In case the subscription did not take place within 3 days, the transferred amount will be added back to the sender’s wallet and a confirmation SMS will be sent.
** Transfer fees: EGP 1 per transfer regardless of the amount transferred.
