Call Management Service :

I. Block :
No more harassing or annoying calls.now you can control who reaches you and when. Block service enables you to create Black and White lists as well as activate the “Do Not Disturb” option.

** With the Black List, you can block up to 20 numbers from reaching you
** With the White List, you can allow only up to 20 numbers to reach you
** With the Do Not Disturb option, you can block all calls from reaching you

How it works?
1. Call 505 for free
2. Or Call #505# for free
3. Or SMS the number that is annoying you to 505 for free

Eligibility :
All Prepaid and Postpaid customers.

Price :
** EGP 5 per month (for the three services black list, white list and do not disturb, all the numbers you would like to block or have in your white list)
** Or EGP 0.30 per day (for the three services black list, white list and do not disturb with all the numbers you would like to block or have in your white list)

** The monthly subscription is valid for 30 days and is renewed automatically.
** The daily subscription is valid for only one day and it is renewed automatically.

Did you know?
** If you want to block any number simply send it via SMS to 505 for free (if you are subscribed in the service)

II. Voice Mail :
If you are busy to answer all your calls, Orange voicemail can help you by saving your messages for Later.

How it works?
** To activate your voicemail call 777 from your mobile and automatically have your calls diverted to your voicemail in case your line is busy, unreachable, or if you don’t answer

** To retrieve the voicemail messages or manage your settings call 777
** While roaming or if you are using a fixed line, you can also listen to your messages by calling +201223777777 and use your password.

** To create your password, Call 777 then *3,2
** To deactivate the service, Call 777 then *3,5,2

Eligibility :
All prepaid and postpaid customers.
Price :
** Free within Egypt
** While roaming : the normal roaming call rates will apply

Did you know?
You can customize your voicemail greeting by calling 777 and press 2 so your caller will listen to your personalized greeting instead of the default Orange voicemail greeting.

III . Conference Call :
** Group more people to the same voice call and make your call more interesting.
** Whether you need to finish your business on the spot or just for fun, Orange offers you the conference call service, where you can group up to 5 other people to the same call at once!

How it works?
** Start the call with the first person and just call the conference call members one after the other.
** You can enjoy adding up to 5 friends to the same call.

Eligibility :
** All Postpaid customers.

Price :
** The service subscription fees is for FREE to all Postpaid, Prepaid, and corporate customers; except for call & control it is for EGP 15.
** The conference call initiator will be charged normally for the multiple calls that joined the call as per his tariff plan.

** You can enjoy the service while roaming if the network you are using allows it.

IV. Call Waiting :
** Want to be informed if someone is calling you even if you’re on another call?
** Use call waiting and don’t miss a call!

How it works?
To activate: call *43#.
To deactivate: call #43#.

** All Orange customers.
Price :
** The service is free.

V. After call notification :
** You will always be notified with the cost of the call and the remaining credit in your balance.

Service Details :
** You will receive the After Call Notification after any call.
** 1 pts will be added to every notification sent for any charged call.
** For usage within Prepaid daily buckets and Star Control, the After Call Notification will be sent for free.
** Any free call; that is not deducted from your main balance, will be sent for free.

Availability :
** All Prepaid and Star Control customers.

Subscription :
** The service is offered for all customers by default.

Un-Subscription :
** Dial #100#
** Then choose “My Services”
** Then choose “After Call Notification”

VI. Missed Call Alert :
** We’ll make sure to notify you whenever anyone tries to reach you while your mobile was off or unreachable.

How it works?
** It’s availed automatically for all customers.

Eligibility :
** This service is automatically added to all Orange customers.

Price :
** The service is free.

Did you know?
** If you’re a prepaid customer and you run out of credit and you attempt to make any calls, we’ll notify the one you tried to call automatically.
