The app allows you to pay purchases in shops around the world as contactless payments and online purchases with Master pass. It also allows you to easily monitor the balance and transactions on all your cards.

How do I install the app?
The Nordea Pay app can be downloaded from the Google Play store for newer Android phones that support contactless payment (NFC, Tap & Pay). Before you can start using the Nordea Pay app, you must have a valid Netbank agreement, the Nordea Codes app and a Nordea card.

How do I install the Nordea Pay app on my phone?
1. Download the app from the Google Play store.
2. Open the app on your phone.
3. Enter your Netbank user ID and tap OK.

4. Identify yourself with the Nordea Codes app.
5. Select a card for mobile payment.
6. Read and accept the service’s terms of use.

7. Create a mobile PIN with which you will accept payments.
8. Confirm the mobile PIN.

1. What can I do with Nordea Pay?
You can use your mobile phone to pay for purchases at stores. You can view all your card`s as well as their balances and card transactions.

2. How do I open the app?
If you have logged out of the app the previous time you used it, you log in with the Nordea Codes app. If you have not logged out, no separate login is needed, just click the Nordea Pay icon.

3. Is the app subject to a fee?
No. The app is free.

4. What do I need to use the app?
You need a smartphone (e.g. Samsung) with an Android operating system (version 4.4 or newer), which supports ‘tap and pay’ payments, and the Nordea Codes app. In addition, you need Nordea’s combination card.

5. What if I change phones?
Remove the Nordea Pay app from the old phone and download it again from Google Play (app store) to your new phone.
