Online Ticketing :
In the event of buying the ticket you automatically agree on the document about the Ticketing terms and conditions created by “Metro Georgia”.

You can travel with print out electronic ticket or write out the ticket number specified in the ticket and to ticket it at the bus station before the trip (It is necessary to have an identification card with you, ID card or other identification document).
Use the following stages for buying electronic ticket :
1. Please move on the page Online ticketing -> Purchase ticket;
2. Choose the type of the traveling : One way ticket or Round trip;
3. Specify the Place of Departure and Destination;
4. Choose the trip Date(s);
5. Click on the desired Rout number;
6. Mark your desired Seats in the bus;
7. Fill in The contact information;
Note : that at filling in the telephone number, you must note the code of your country, e.g. in case of Georgia 995 and after that your mobile number.
8. Click on the button BUY;
9. Fill in The data of your card (Visa, MasterCard) and pay the fee.

Ticket Buying and Usage :
** For buying tickets the specification of the following information must be done : time of buying the bus ticket, place of alighting, ticket fee, form of payment, date of traveling and exact time of departure.
** You can buy tickets at our offices, via electronic system by our web page or quick pay box apparatus. In case of buying of the electronic ticket, the information is filled in by the client. After the process ending, valid traveling ticket will be sent at the e-mail noted by you.
** For using the electronic ticket, you have to print it out and represent it to the conductor or write out the number specified on the electronic ticket and to ticket it at out office(s) before the trip.
** In order to use our service, it is necessary to represent your identification card, passport, ID card or other identification document.
** In case of discovery of the false ticket, we reserve a right to take the ticket away and to require the bus leaving from you. In the noted case no ticket returning of amount compensation will be realized by us.
About the Passenger Card :
** You can use the travelling card – “Passenger Card” of “Metro Georgia”. One can buy it at our offices. The card holder has a possibility to collect points on the card each time of travelling and to participate to different actions and discounts realized by company all year round.
