Terms & Conditions :
The Miracle Thailand Card is a type of The KTB e-Money Card, hereinafter called “KTB e-Money Card” is a card that Krung Thai Bank PLC, hereinafter called “the Bank” issues to the KTB e-Money Card buyer who is approved by the Bank to be KTB e-Money Cardholder, hereinafter called “KTB e-Money Cardholder” whereby the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to be bound by and comply with the KTB e-Money Card Service Agreement and Terms of Use as follows :

1. The KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to apply for using the KTB e-Money Card service in accordance with the Bank’s steps and procedures in an accurate and complete manner through the service distribution channels as specified by the Bank.

2. In applying for the KTB e-Money Card service use, the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to use only the true number of his/her/their identification (ID) card/passport/other ID document in conducting the transaction to apply for service use and assign his/her/their own password (hereinafter called “Password”) for conducting respective transactions relating to the use of this KTB e-Money Card service.

In this regard, the KTB e-Money Cardholder is able to change such Password by himself /herself/themselves later on in accordance with the Bank’s requirements and terms and conditions.

In case where the KTB e-Money Cardholder has already signed his/her/their name on the back of the card in using the KTB e-Money Card for making payment of goods and/or services bought at the member shop, if it appears that there are any erase of cancellation/deletion marks of the signature on the back of the Card in any case that is an alteration or change of such signature, the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that such KTB e-Money Card will no longer be unable to be used for making payment of goods and/or services bought at the member shop.

In addition, if the card is handed over to other person to hold and/or use it after the signing of name on the back of the KTB e-Money Card, the KTB e-Money Cardholder in the following order shall be unable to use the KTB e-Money Card for making payment of goods and/or services bought at member shop but still being able to make payment of goods and/or services through other service channels such as ATM and/or use it for conducting cash withdrawal in accordance with this KTB e-Money Card Service Agreement and Terms of Use.

If the KTB e-Money Cardholder in any order wishes to request for refund of the cash balance in the KTB e-Money Card, such KTB e-Money Cardholder agree to take action as prescribed in Section 20.

** KTB e-Money Cardholder of every order shall keep the copy/copies of the Application for Use of KTB e-Money Card Service in witness whereof for refund of cash balance in the KTB e-Money Card

3. The KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to be bound by and comply with the prevailing requirements and terms and conditions of the KTB e-Money Card service use and/or those which will be notified of any alterations or amendments at a later stage as the Bank will notify further.

The KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that this KTB e-Money Card is deemed as cash, and the KTB e-Money Cardholder and/or any persons are unable to seize/attach and withdraw the seizure/attachment of the KTB e-Money Card.

The KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that the KTB e-Money Card shall be used together with the assigned Password and the KTB e-Money Cardholder has the duty of retaining the KTB e-Money Card will and keeping it in a safe place so that it will not be lost and the Cardholder shall not destroy or cause damage to or alter/change any part of the KTB e-Money Card as well as keeping the Password confidential at all times.

If any other persons conduct transaction(s) by using his/her/their KTB e-Money Card and Password, the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to accept such action(s) as his/her/their own action(s) in all, and the Bank is not liable for the damage or loss incurred from any transaction conduct of such other person.

4. In case where the KTB e-Money Cardholder uses the Password to conduct any transactions in relation to the use of this KTB e-Money Card until completion, the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to accept that the KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to be bound in all in accordance with such transaction and is unable to cancel, revolve, alter, change or amend such transaction and longer.

5. The Bank agrees to give consent to the KTB e-Money Cardholder to use the Password and/or sign the name on the back of the card in making payment of goods, services as well as conducting respective financial and banking transactions and/or conducting and other transactions of the Bank that the Bank may expand the scope of service providing in the future.

6. The KTB e-Money Cardholder agrees to accept that if the wrong Password is entered for three consecutive times, such KTB e-Money Card will be immediately and automatically cancelled for service use.

If the KTB e-Money Cardholder remembers the existing Password, he/she/they are able to contact the Bank’s branch or service point to apply for use of existing Password and for release of service use cancellation free of charge.

But if the KTB e-Money Cardholder cannot remember the existing Password, he/she/they are able to contact a branch or service point apply for an issuance of a new KTB e-Money Card and Password by agreeing to pay fee at the rate prescribed by the Bank.
