If you are an Employer / Self Employed Person in Cyprus, the online payment of contribution over the internet is the easiest way to pay your contributions.
Login to the system :
1. Enter Username
2. Enter Password

Payment Information :
By entering the Contributions Online Payment System, a list of Employers/Self Employed appears, for whom you have been approved to pay contributions over the internet.

In the case of self employed person,
** The system automatically calculates the contributions payable for the selected quarter.

** It is noted that all information relating to application for payment of contributions based on actual income or for application for non employment periods or termination of employment submitted on the date entering the Web Payment system, will not be taken into consideration.

** The payment of contributions over the internet cannot be made for periods that their deadline for payment has expired.
** The payment of contributions for self employed persons on earnings higher than notional insurable earnings is not allowed.

In the case of an employer, there are two choices of payment over the internet,
Α. Create Schedule Procedure
B. Upload File Procedure

For both procedure, the following are not allowed,
** Payment of contributions over the internet cannot be made for periods that their deadline for payment has expired.
** Changing the amounts of insurable earnings and annual holiday as appeared (for Normal Earnings).

** Termination of the employment of an employee if the relevant dates of commencement and termination of employment are within the month which the payment is referred.

** Termination of employment of an employee or commencement of employment of an employee in a schedule for retroactive earnings (13th and 14th salaries, commission, overtime, retroactive).

** Termination of employment or employment of a new employee in a Schedule relating to a Voluntary Contributor (abroad).

Using the procedure A «CREATE SCHEDULE» are not allowed, whilst by the procedure B «UPLOAD FILE» are allowed,
** Payment for retroactive earnings.

** Payment for the 13th and 14th salary when the actual earnings are different than the insurable earnings.
** Payment if the Earnings Type is Retroactive, Commission, Overtime.
** Creation of a new Employees Category.

How to apply for paying contributions over the Internet :
** For the online payment of contributions the «Application for paying contributions over the internet» (YKA 021) and the «Direct Debit Mandate» (YKA 023) must be completed and submitted.

** The relevant applications forms are available at the District Social Insurance Services Offices, the Customer Service Centres and the Social Insurance Services website. It must be noted that an electronic address is necessary before submitting the above applications.

** Both applications can be submitted to any District Social Insurance Services Office or to the Customer Service Centre. Upon approval of your application, you will receive a code by normal post and a password by e-mail, in order to be able to enter and use the Social Insurance Services online system for the payment of contributions. With access to the system, you will be able to change your password.

** Periods of contributions for which ‘payment of contributions over the internet’ can be made
** Please note that only contributions for which the deadline based on the Regulations issued according to the relevant legislation has not expired can be paid over the internet.

** Before proceeding with the payment of contributions over the internet, you are advised to read carefully all relevant Payment Information and instructions available on the Social Insurance Services website.
