Local Company Registration

This service is provided for local companies to register with Ministry of Interior as a supplier .

Terms & Conditions :
Copy of Required Documents for Registration of Local Companies :
1- Copy of valid Commercial Registration ( Arabic & Eng)
2- Copy of valid Commercial License.
3- Copy of valid Computer Card.

4- Classification Certificate issued from the Government Procurement Regulatory Dept.
5- Copy of valid Qatar Chamber of Commerce’s membership.

6- Copy of valid “No Objection Certificate” issued & certified by the Prevention Department – General Directorate of Civil Defense, for the suppliers qualified in supplying, installing & maintaining Fire Fighting &Fire Alarm equipment.

7- Approval of the Security Systems Department, Ministry of Interior, for the qualified suppliers for the supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment &devices.

General Conditions in case of approval :
1- Response to our quotation requests at the earliest before deadline.

2- It would not be acceptable, under any circumstances, to abstain from supply after the issuance of Purchase Order, Work Order and Signing the contract unless there are reasonable reasons acceptable to us.

3- Full commitment to specifications, prices, quantities and due delivery date stated in Purchase order, Work order and Contract.
4- In case of non-response for (3) times, you will be deleted from our suppliers lists unless reasonable & acceptable reasons are provided.

5- Supply & deliver (goods/devices) to the receiving department, specified in the (Purchase order, Work order, Contract) before the due delivery date.
6- In case of failure or manipulation, the supplier shall be disqualified.

7- Ministry of Interior, represented by Purchase Department, is not obligated to send quotation requests in each and every case.

8- The supplier must inform us officially, in case of any modifications or alterations performed after registration.
9 – Commitment to the provisions of the Tenders and Auctions Law No. 24 for year 2015, and its internal statute.

2- Copy of valid Commercial License.

3- Copy of valid Computer Card.
4- Classification Certificate issued from the Government Procurement Regulatory Dept.
5- New Copy of Bank letter for IBAN .

6- Copy of valid “No Objection Certificate” issued & certified by the Prevention Department – General Directorate of Civil Defense, for the suppliers qualified in supplying, installing & maintaining Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm equipment.

7- Approval of the Security Systems Department, Ministry of Interior, for the qualified suppliers for the supply, installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment & devices.

Important Notes :
The following are not permitted to register in suppliers list:
1- All Ministry of Interior’s affiliates, except those who are referred to reserve or retirement.
2- Companies/Establishments…..which owner or partner is an MOI affiliate.
