Responsibilities of the Department of Administrative Services
The Department of Administrative Services, is responsible for the following :
1. Supervision of the ministrys stores.

2. Provision of the ministrys & its various administrative departments, needs of the supplies & equipment required for performing its functions, in coordination with the relevant administrative units.

3. Receipt, classification & registration of the incoming and outgoing mail.
4. Organization of the ministrys archive, and safekeeping of documents, in accordance with to the latest methods.

5. Taking the necessary measures for implementation of government housing allocation procedures, payment of staff furniture allowance, in coordination with the concerned authorities.
6. Coordinate and follow-up implementation of the ministrys project.
