Early Alarm System Request :
Companies, institutions and individuals in Qatar can submit a licensing request to Communications Department at Ministry of Interior to install early alarm system.

Offline Instructions :
** Download and fill out the application form.
** Ensure that all technical requirements for installing early alarm system are available.
** Submit specifications certificate from the providing company of the fire alarm system, establishment ID and commercial license.
** Attach ID copies for the owner or authorized person to sign, first & second officials and concerned party representative, in addition to draft contract from the implementing company.
** Provide a soft copy of the application form and attachments when submitting the request.
** Provide an electronic chart (preferable) for building entrances and exits, if possible.
Service Center :
Communications Department at Ministry of Interior (Check google maps).
Fees :
Kindly review the application form to know required fees for MOI and implementing company.
Additional Information :
** A representative from the concerned party (sponsored by that party) should attend to submit the request.
** The license will be cancelled after seven days in case the field connection for early alarm system is not completed in coordination with the implementing company.
** In order to insure required performance for early alarm system, the responsible person should cooperate with MoI Operations Department officials by responding quickly to their calls.
** Communication Department at Ministry of Interior should be notified with any changes in phone numbers of responsible persons, and also the applicant must visit the department a month before license expiration.
** Without getting the license, MOI (Communications Department) will not be responsible for the connection.
