Domestic individual :
Documents include :
->Account-opening contract for securities trading (02 copies).
->Account-opening order form and services registration form (01 copy).

And others are as follows :
Identity card (not past 15 years).
Or valid passport.

Account opening method :
Customers fill all personal information following guiding steps about online-account-opening for domestic individual in the right sequence then click Save to submit information to TVSI.

To complete account opening procedure customers can choose 1 of 3 ways as follows :
->Print Contract and Order form above with signature, full name and the copy of identity card or valid passport and send them to TVSI.
->TVSI sends Contract and Order form to customers (at permanent address). Then you sign, write full name in required sections and resend them to TVSI with an attached copy of identity card or valid passport.
->Register directly at TVSI Head Office or TVSI branches.

After opening an account, customers will receive :
Trading card
->Original account opening contract (01 copy)
->PIN code, password of online trading account
->Online trading guideline.
->Trading tariff.

Notes :
->Customers are recommended to read carefully all terms and Conditions in the contract.
->Customers’ account is just activated to use when TVSI receives 01 original Contract with the signature of account holder

Foreigner Individuals :
Documents include :
->Account-opening contract for securities trading (02 copies)
->Account-opening order form and service registration form (01 copy)

And others are as follows :
->Business registration license (notarized copy) (01 copy)
->Appointment decision to CEO, General accountant or CFO (notarized copy) (01 copy)
->Resolution of the Board of Management to grant authority to the institution representative as the undersigned account owner (for joint stock company)
->Copy of identity card/valid passport of account owner and authorized person
->Relevant documents about institution name changing (if the institution has changed name several times)
->Copy of the company regulations
->Appointment and designation letter to CEO (if the institution has changed CEO several times)

Account opening method :
Customers fill all information according to sequenced guiding steps about online-opening-account for domestic institution then click Submit to send information to TVSI.

To complete account opening procedure customers can choose 1 of 3 ways as follows :
->Print Contract and Request form above with signature, full name; then affix on them, attach requested papers and send all to TVSI.
->TVSI sends Contract and Request form to customers (at permanent address). Then customers sign, write full name in required items, affix on them and resend all to TVSI with attached request papers.
->Register directly at TVSI or TVSI branches.

After opening an account, customers will receive :
->Original account opening contract (01 copy)
->PIN code, password of the registered trading online account
->Online trading guideline (01 copy)

Notes :
->Customers’ account is only activated to use when TVSI receives 01 original Contract with the signature of account owner.
->Account opening form for institution : 2 signatures and 1 seal form and 1 signature and 1 seal form.

Domestic Corporations :

Documents include :
->Account-opening contract for securities trading (02 copies)
->Account-opening order form and service registration form (01 copy)

And others are as follows :
->Trading-code registration form (form no.2 – 01 copy) *
->Personal information form for foreign investor (form no.3 – 01 copy) *
->A copy of valid passport (in at least 6 months) : 02 copies (for expired passport need a copy of extended page, for unnumbered passport copy all pages)
->Opening investment account contract at a foreign bank in Vietnam

(*) This form needs certified by local appropriate authorities and legalized by Vietnamese appropriate authorities.

Opening account method :
Customers fill all personal information following guiding steps above in the right sequence :
->Account-opening order form and services registration form and online account-opening contract for personal foreigner (available on website
->Trading-code registration form (form no.2 – download on website)
->Personal information form for foreign investor (form no.3 – download on website)
->Print 04 forms above, sign them, write your full name in required sections.
->Get certification from local appropriate authorities and consular legalization from Vietnamese appropriate authorities
->Send full documents and a copy of valid passport (in at least 6 months) to TVSI Head Office or TVSI branches.
->After receiving all documents, TVSI will request to grant the trading code for customers. The period for the Vietnam Securities Depository to examine documents and grant the trading code is 5 working days.
->The granted trading code will be use as a trading account number at the securities company.

After opening an account, customers will receive :
->Original contract (01 copy)
->PIN code, password of online trading account
->Online trading guideline (01 copy)
->Trading code registration certification (01 copy)

Foreign Corporation :
Documents include :
->Account-opening contract for securities trading (02 copies)
->Account-opening order form and service registration form (01 copy)

And others are as follows :
->Trading code registration form (form no.2 – 01 copy) *
->Information form about foreign corporation (form no.4 – 01 copy) *
->Information form about authorized person (form no.5 – 01 copy) *
->Designation letter of foreign corporation representative (form no.6 – 01 copy) *
->Copy of Business Registration License in local country (01 copy) **
->Copy of Business Registration License in Vietnam (if any) (01 copy) **
->Copy of Branch Establishing License in Vietnam (if any) (01 copy) **

->Copy of foreign corporation representative’s passport (validity) (if the passport is expired, copy the extended page; for unnumbered passport , copy all pages)
->Copy of the designation letter of the first CEO of the corporation (if any) **
->Designation letter of the next CEO (if the corporation has changed CEO for several times) **
->Related documents about changing corporation’s name (if the corporation has changed name for several times) **
->Investment account-opening contract at a foreign bank in Vietnam

Note :
(*) This form needs certified by local appropriate authorities and legalized by Vietnamese appropriate authorities.
(**) This form needs translated into Vietnamese and certificated by Vietnamese notary public’s office.

Account opening method :

->Information letter about foreign investment corporation (form no.4 – 01 copy)*
->Information letter about authorized person (form no.5 – 01 copy)*
->Designation letter of foreign corporation representative (form no.6 – 01 copy)*

Step 2 : Print 04 forms above; sign them, write full name in required sections.
Step 3 : Certify these forms (*) from local appropriate authorities and legalize them from Vietnamese appropriate authorities.

Note :Copy forms (**) at the local appropriate authorities.

Step 4 : Send all documents to TVSI, after receiving, TVSI will:
->Help customers to translate documents into Vietnamese and notarize the translated documents – Form (**)
->Request to grant the trading code for customers. The period for the Vietnam Securities Depository to examine documents and grant the trading code is 5 working days.
->The granted trading code will be used as a trading account number at the securities company.

After opening an account, customers will receive :
->Original contract (01 copy)
->PIN code, password of the online trading account
->Online trading guideline (01 copy)
->Trading code registration certification (01 copy)

Notes :
The period for the Vietnam Securities Depository to grant the trading code is 5 working days (after receiving all documents). Customers’ account is just activated when TVSI receives 01 original Contract with the signature of account holder and related documents.
