LicenceOne Amend Existing Licence
** Licensee can request to amend his/her licence details after the application is approved.

** The details that can be amended or modified for a licence varies with agencies and their licensing conditions.
** Licence amendment may require a separate approval process depending on the licence and amendment type.
Step 1 : Click on ‘Licence Application’ → ’Amend Existing Licence’ after logging into the system. Note that to amend HLB licences, you will need to go to ‘My Portfolio’ → ‘Licences’ tab.
Step 2 : Select the ‘Agency’.
Step 3 : Select the ‘Licence’ available for amendment under the agency and click ‘Next’.
Step 4 : Select the Amendment Type and click ‘Next’.
Step 5 : Enter the licence information to amend licence. Note that the fields required for licences varies and there may be licence specific checks to ensure you are authorised to perform amendments.
Step 6 : You will be required to fill up the respective ‘General Information forms’ and licence amendment forms as part of the submission. Please note that payment may be required.
Cancel Existing Licence
** When the licence is no longer needed, the licensee can request to cancel licence. Once the licensee has submitted the cancellation application, it will be processed and approved/rejected by the respective agency.
** The details to be filled in the cancellation application vary depending on the agency’s licensing policy.
Step 1 : Click on ‘Licence Application’ → ‘Cancel Existing Licence’ after logging into the system. Note that to cancel HLB licences, you will need to go to ‘My Portfolio’ → ‘Licences’ tab.
Step 2 : Select the Agency
Step 3 : Select the licence
Step 4 : Enter the required forms to indicate the licence you are trying to cancel.
Step 5 : Enter the Filer information and agree to the ‘Terms & Conditions’ to proceed.
Step 6 : Enter the licence cancellation form details.
Step 7 : Upload the required documents.
Step 8 : Preview the cancellation request form and click on submit to proceed.
Step 9 : An acknowledgement will be shown with the application submitted successfully. You will be notified on the application status via email when approved/rejected.
Applications
** Applicants can view the details of their submitted applications and the applications that are saved as Draft.
** All the submitted applications will be listed in the Applications sub tab.
** To duplicate past applications, click on ‘Actions’ → ‘Duplicate’. Application data in the selected application will be duplicated in new draft. Note that duplicate function is only applicable for ‘New Applications’.
** To retrieve draft applications, click on draft tab
